“We visited this place for a smash room work retreat and it was really cool. Everyone was a little nervous at first but the staff put us all at ease. I definitely recommend having a windshield in the smash room, that's a cool experience (crow bar/bat to windshield). We had a great time and got to release some team rage as our retreat opener. The parking was easy. The staff was super nice. We had a good experience.”

“My new inlaws and I rented the entire Flora house for the wedding of our adult kids.
I cannot say enough about the beauty, comfort and quality of the Flora house.
Every room is beautiful! They think of *everything*- bubbly waters in the mini fridges, robes and towels for the hot tub, endless delicious mint/cucumber/lemon water, incredible breakfasts, and even a step in the shower for shaving your legs.
The rooms are well insulated from noise and temperature changes, but they leave ear plugs for you just in case.
We utilized the free tickets they gave us to the Denver Botanical Gardens which is a short drive away. I took some packets of seeds from their (gorgeous) garden home so I can have a visual reminder of our stay and this magical few days.

I’ve been here for very different events over the years — from a symphony gala to, most recently, Stephen Wilson Jr.’s concert — and the space handled both smoothly. The acoustics are consistently impressive, the layout is easy to navigate, and the bar options are well-placed without disrupting the experience.
One of those venues that simply makes for an easy, enjoyable night out. Hard not to keep coming back.”

“Went there with a 2 hr rental. We brought our own clubs (pro tip) set up and started playing within minutes. They had us set up and had all the games explained to us. Also explained how the orders work. The hostesses were very cool and understanding that we were paying for time. We went there to golf but there's several other playable sports. Football, soccer, lacrosse, etcetera, etcetera. I wish we'd reserved for longer than 2hrs!”
“It is impossible to capture truly how lovely this place is. The drinks are wonderful, the decor is gorgeous and the people are incredible. The warm welcome, inclusivity, and just over all good vibes are what keep you coming back. This is a woman owned, queer friendly business that I will tell everyone I can about and continue to support. Looking forward to our next visit!”

“Our wedding at SKYLIGHT was better than we ever could have imagined! This was the first venue we toured, in July 2024, and we knew immediately it was the space for us. The space is so customizable and allows you to choose the vendors that fit you best. We chose all of our vendors from SKYLIGHT's preferred vendor list and we were thrilled with how experienced and professional they all were.
The entire team at SKYLIGHT, specifically our planner, Sophie, was so helpful from start to finish. Sophie was communicative and met with us on a regular basis to make sure she had a complete understanding of our vision for the day. (And she knocked it out of the park!) We had pretty minimal decorations and flowers but she was still able to make the space come to life. We could not be happier with how our wedding turned out!”
“I love these candlelight concerts. This particular one was great because we were allowed to explore the Wings Over the Rockies museum before the show started. Exposing my kids to classical music through hip hop songs we know and love was also pretty special. I highly recommend!”
“Love the artwork here. I've been photographing cars with the building as a backdrop for years. Always appreciated the building as a canvas. The owner is also very nice and I remember when detour used to paint absolutely amazing art on the side.”
“Amazing art museum!! I really enjoyed the Pissaro exhibit and I appreciated the FREE audio thing that would talk you through the exhibit. After the exhibit we visited a couple other wings and there was so much incredible artwork everywhere!! I would say that there is WAAAYY too much to see in one day!!”

“Amazing comedy festival, great service, and pretty decent pizza. We went to the 2nd day of the RISE comedy festival which featured 10 comics from all over the US and had a great time-every single comic was funny, professional, very diverse without excessive wokeness. The whole experience was a very welcome surprise as we had been to a couple improv or comedy shows a few years back in the venue's prior incarnation and the experience was very sub-par at that time. The remodel they've done is really working, the pizza from next door is good, the Q-code ordering process for both food and drinks helps really minimize distractions during the show and the vibe is really cool and the staff and crowd were all super fun. My wife got a decent spicy marg and i got a beer which tasted a little off but they switched it out to something else with no hassle. This show was also a surprisingly more adult (30's-50's+) crowd than we're used to seeing downtown which just mean the comics could play to 80's & 90's nostalgia, but also meant there was a big gaggle of seniors who wouldn't stop chatting during the show. We do note that this was a unique experience during a comedy fest/contest and that the everyday talent caliber might be less consistent but we'll definitely be back to check out more shows to test that hypothesis! Thanks RISE for a great experience and investing in raising the bar on downtown comedy!”
“We love the Art Garage! The staff walk their talk of inclusivity and care for students. Their kindness and enthusiasm is awesome and they have been encouraging coaches for our kiddos. Our kids have grown in their confidence, adaptability and willingness to try new things and be ok with mistakes. The quality and variety of art made is fantastic. We still have the art work from programs hanging up in their bedroom and around the house and they are so proud. :) It has been awesome to see how one of our kids went from avoiding any sort of drawing/art because he didn't feel confident, to drawing being his #1 preferred activity! He draws every night before bed now (and whenever he can during the day)!”
“We have booked this space twice for courses that we teach to industry professionals. The feedback from the course attendees is positive, they seem to like the look of the space along with the ability to use the kitchen and associated amenities (coffee, water, tables for lunch), the restrooms, and the pop-in rooms as needed. Additionally, both times we have used the caterer, Biscuits and Berries and that has gone smoothly for both sessions and feedback was that the food is excellent. The caterer and operations manager have clearly worked together before and delivery and pickup went smoothly. The manager is flexibly and quick to respond via email and phone. During our second course we had some challenges with the wifi cutting out, but it was easily fixed by hot-spotting from our phones. Overall, we will book again for future training courses and recommend this space.”
“We had my daughter’s wedding at Space Gallery and it was a magical experience. The artwork and sculptures were magnificent and made the venue so unique. The outdoor area was perfect for the ceremony and cocktail hour and the inside was perfect for dinner and dancing. As the evening progressed, they had the doors open for cocktails and a wood burning fire pit to enjoy the evening. We would heartily recommend Space Gallery for any event you are planning.”
“Had an absolute blast when I took my son there or actually probably my son took me there before he headed off to college. We went to one of the evening burlesque shows. He was prepared and we had a bunch of dollars to throw, as part of the entertainment. But if you don't they will sell you dollars which makes it easier. This is an over 18 show there. There was no actual nudity. Things were covered with pasties and strips of cloth. They did say that there was a trans component to the burlesque which I don't think. I really saw any of that. Mostly they were women except one guy. And he was pretty obviously a guy. And the women were pretty obviously women.
Anyways, that's the burlesque show. Not the place and location. It is very minimalist style place so don't expect luxury seating. At the time I was there they didn't have any alcohol but I think they're working on their liquor license.
Anyways, great place to go! Lots of fun!. Looking through my photos a lot of them have either slightly risque or the faces of the people. So other than the the fully clothed one I will hold off sharing :)”

“Hope Tank is so much more than a cute local gift shop (although it is where I get 90% of my holiday and birthday gifts every year!). The concept of "gifts that give back" extends well beyond support of the local non profits their donations go to. This concept is a true representation of what mutual aid can look like.They run programs and educational forums out of their store and host different local micro businesses at their space every weekend. If you truly want your money to go to the people in your community that need it most, this the place to go. They have limited shopping hours now, but you can support through donations to the store as well. Could not recommend this place more.”
“We used Wright Room for our company holiday party and I could not be happier with how it all turned out! From start to finish, Johnny was wonderful to work with. He really cares about each event and wants to make sure it goes well. We started with drinks and appetizers and then used their screen and sound system for a game of trivia. The intimate setting provided the perfect vibe for everyone to relax and have fun. Dinner was amazing - I can’t say enough good things about the filet! Wow! Our event host, Kota, was available all night to make sure things were running smoothly, our bartenders were amazing and friendly, the service all around was 10/10. Everyone raved about the event and the venue. It’s also very reasonably priced as far as downtown Denver locations go. I’d recommend Wright Room to anyone looking for a space that can truly do it all!”

“I recently visited Bluff Lake Nature Center and had a wonderful experience. The area is peaceful, well-preserved, and offers a great escape into nature without having to travel far. The trails are easy to follow and provide beautiful views of wetlands, open water, and native wildlife habitats. I especially enjoyed the opportunity to see a variety of birds and other wildlife in their natural environment, which made the visit feel both relaxing and educational. The space is well-maintained, clean, and thoughtfully designed to support conservation and public enjoyment. It’s a perfect place for walking, birdwatching, photography, or simply enjoying some quiet time outdoors. The atmosphere felt calm and not overcrowded, which added to the overall experience. Overall, Bluff Lake Nature Center is a hidden gem for nature lovers, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful outdoor retreat.”
