I have had pad alternators, batteries and starters-all checked for free. Replace your windshield wipers? No problem-changed for free. Need tools? You can borrow almost any tool with a deposit. People are helpful and friendly. They don't always have parts I am looking for in stock, but they can usually get what I need.”

“I just had the best service! My brake lamp light came on and Jesse came with me to check my lights and see if that was the issue. Yup, had a brake light out. He found the right bulbs for me and I asked if it was something I could do easily myself and he started to explain to me and then just said, "let's go look at your truck and I'll show you" He said he realized it'd be just as easy to do it for me rather than teach me. “JP Is the store manager at this location. I found myself in somewhat of a predicament. Because of the cold weather, my battery died. So as I was walking to my car to go to work at 7 AM, I realized my battery was dead. Called three or four places no one was able to see me right away. I even had a few locations ask if I could leave my car overnight. JP came to the rescue. He was able to get me in and out with him 30 minutes. Save me from having to reschedule my day and I completely appreciate it. He was also very, very friendly.”

“I stopped in today, after forgetting to check in at Advance Auto Parts, because O'Reilly supposedly had vinyl/fabric spray paint in a particular color. I have two bonded leather club chairs that were somewhat destroyed by a bad kitty. Disastro. He ignored scratching posts liberally sprinkled with catnip, and just attacked the chairs. Sticky tape finally stopped him, but too late. Then I read that you can sand the chairs and use vinyl paint designed for car seats to fix the mess. While I don't expect a perfect restoration, I think they'll look better. O'Reilly's website claimed that the color I needed was in stock. It was not. However, a very nice man looked it up. Denver had seven cans, of a brand twice as expensive. However, the color chart wasn't available on their system, so I had to guess. I guessed Saddle Tan. Turns out that I needed Camel. The man ordered the Saddle Tan, and said no biggie if I didn't want it. I asked about price matching, and he said they don't match online pricing, like Amazon, but could possibly match a brick and mortar price. So that's nice. Almost $27 for spray paint seems a bit much, especially since the other brand of vinyl/fabric paint is $8-11. Four stars for being patient and helpful, and also for having cheaper winter windshield washer fluid than Circle K. $4.79 for a giant jug.”

“I’ve mostly shopped here for replacement headlight and taillight bulbs for my car. I needed a particular wrench to remove the tail light cover from my car and when I bought the bulbs here, they let me borrow one of their wrenches to make the change in the parking lot. I really appreciate that kind of service since I doubt I will need that type of wrench again for the next 5-6 years.”
