“Tom has been servicing my vehicles for twenty five years. I have always been happy with all the maintenance and issues he has taken care of on our vehicles. Most recently I had to have my car towed to Tom's garage. Tom fixed the issue and and got me back on the road in no time. Tom is always honest and with integrity! I trust Tom and his advise and his workmanship!! ThankYou as always Tom ??”

“I showed up 10 minutes until closing, needing a tire- badly. They still took the time to walk me through ALL of my options. When I did decide, there wasn’t any grumbling from the guys about “being closed” or anything else. They all jumped in and gave me the fastest mount, balance (and even found a bent wheel I had and took the time to not only notify me, but also made sure to put it on the rear to minimize vibration), and purchase a girls ever had. Ever!! I got a sticker to remind me when to rotate (honestly, so helpful!), warranty paperwork and everything- all done by 5:39 pm. (Under an hour!). They are great!! I will come here for all of my tire and alignment needs!! Thank you!”

“Believe the reviews!! So incredibly happy I came here for my tire! I assumed there was a nail and was fine with replacing the whole tire, as that tends to be my luck- but the guys were able to patch up the hole no problem & had me back on the road in less than 15 minutes for a fraction of the price I was expecting! During the short wait they also printed off different tire options (I need 3 new) to weigh before winter without me having to ask! Will definitely be returning & recommending!! Awesome place!”

“I rarely (never?) write Google reviews, but SJ Tire has been such an excellent experience on two separate occasions now and I felt moved to put some good energy out into the universe about it. Spring 2026 - brought in my 2003 Subaru Legacy with a slow leak on a tire. They found a nail and after looking over all my tires recommended replacing all four. The person working helped me to explore my options and pricing with patience and kindness. His customer service made me feel confident in making informed decisions about a significant unplanned expense. Summer 2026 - Denver road hazards strike again - I managed to scrape my tire against a crumbling curb while parking and it destroyed my basically brand new tire. SJ Tire Mobile Service came to the rescue. They answered my call at 4:50 p.m. and set me up for a service call the very next day. They gave me a window in the afternoon and showed up to my vehicle on time in the earlier end of the window. The tech was kind and prepared for the job. Because they keep purchases on file, they brought the exact same tire I'd purchased in the spring to replace the punctured tire (without me having to mention or ask about it). It took 20 minutes for him to change my tire and get our transaction squared away. He even mentioned that I might call the shop and ask if they might extend their Road Hazard coverage for all the tires so that this kind of thing would be covered in the future. To not have to deal with calling a tow and going to the shop to sort this out made a bummer situation 100x easier and more humane. Honestly, almost moved to tears that there are still people and businesses out there who operate on the premise of kindness and making something easy for customers. In a world where so much is hard and people are often unkind, it goes a long way. On top of that the service and products have been solid. You have my business for as long as I live in Denver. Thank you!”

“I have been going to this store since it was Peerless (at least 3 years) instead of Gill and they are amazing. Every time they take a long time to help me and make sure I’m satisfied with a variety of tire options and they worked fast. The price is fair and they will take care of you after your purchase for a very long time. I hope you give them a try because you will be satisfied.”

“I've driven by Urban Autocare for years and finally took my Jeep there last year for the first time. I don't know why I waited! They are very professional, providing photos and clear explanations of services that are needed. They let you know what to keep an eye on for the future and don't push anything. This week they finished work on my second car ahead of schedule. Everyone I've interacted with has been very friendly. I'm so happy to have finally found such a great shop in the city!”

“Called Jeff after getting two flat tires and getting stranded in my apartment parking garage. He came out to me, had my exact tires in stock (which is rare - they’re easily available), and fixed everything right there on the spot. Fast, professional, and genuinely nice. On top of that, he charged me exactly what the tires cost with no markup or upsell. Super convenient and a total lifesaver. Highly recommend.”

“These guys are the best, I've taken my cars in there for years and so has my uncle. Always good fair prices, and quality work. Most recently. I heard squeaking from the breaks, tried to do them my self but was worried I'd strip the bolts. They weren't coming of as easy as I usually do. They check front and back for me and got everything all taken care of. Thanks again guys.”

“Kind people absolutely exist—and they work at Big Brand Tire & Service. Late Sunday afternoon, I ran over a bolt and rushed in because they were the only shop open. Even with just 30 minutes until closing, Jeremy and Victor kindly put on a spare so I could get to work the next morning. Jeremy then invited me back the next day for a proper patch, and I was helped immediately. The customer service here is truly top tier. Jeremy and Victor are knowledgeable, efficient, and genuinely caring...their dedication to their craft did not go unnoticed. I’ll be back, and I highly recommend stopping by Big Brand Tire & Service and asking for these gentlemen. You won’t be disappointed. Thank you again.”

“Had a really great experience at Pro Import Denver. Ron was my service advisor, and he was awesome to work with. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. I also really appreciated how fair and upfront he was about the pricing. Overall, the whole experience was smooth and easy, and I felt like they genuinely cared about helping me out instead of just trying to charge me for things I didn’t need. Definitely recommend Pro Import Denver, and a big thank you to Ron for making the experience such a good one!”

“Only the best. Been coming here for years. Don’t take your car anywhere else. Edward the mechanic deserves a raise. If you need a car repair of any kind go see Edward at Brakes plus on federal. I’ve been taking my cars for years there. The quality of work they do stands up over time. As a woman I find they don’t bully me, harass me, or try to force me into repairs that I’m not needing, this is a rare thing in this industry. I can highly recommend these guys.”

“We were recommended this shop by Toyexus, which is where we take our Toyota. We brought our 98 Jeep here, for an oil change and brake light, and we thought we might also need a brake job, fluid flush, and other things done. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t need as much work as we originally thought, and impressed with how honest they are. They probably could have said that we needed a bunch of stuff and we would have done it, but they didn’t. These guys are super honest, reasonably priced and do great work. I’d highly recommend the shop.”
