I reserved a truck a few days in advance for a cross-town move. Since I have a lot to do on move day, I selected 10PM for my return time when making the reservation. When I went to pick up the truck, they told me I have to return it by 1PM. They will not accept an after-hours return regardless of my reservation. Useless.

"The agent who assisted me was extremely rude. One of the most frustrating aspects was that he spoke to me in English very quickly, making it hard for me to understand. I felt his tone and treatment were disrespectful. If you have other options, I suggest avoiding this place to prevent any unpleasant experiences."

This place cancelled my truck reservation 22 hours prior to the pickup time. The only way I knew is because an automatic email was sent. No call or anything. I called them 5+ times and have never gotten a response. The only way I knew what was happening was by calling the corporate office.
