  I honestly don't have any idea why this place is so highly rated at 3 stars, it should have zero stars. We have been trying to contact this place for 2 days and no response. Send a person over there and while the location is OPEN, there is NOBODY THERE. Zero stars. This place is horrible. Don't book with budget.

  This is a gas station location. There is not a separate window for the truck rentals. The only customer working that day was able to get me on the phone with his supervisor who was able to get me out of there in under an hour. Customer service seems to have improved but I would not recommend this location if they are busy.
