Restaurant/bar area was better than expected. Food and beverages were good. They were definitely understaffed the times I was there but staff was super friendly and doing a great job. I was disappointed the spa was covered and not open.

This is a conviently located hotel for shopping, access to the highway and to National Jewish Hospital. It is not downtown. Rooms are standard, furniture is a bit worn.

Overall the place was fine. They had something going on where there was no one at the front desk for a good 20 minutes when trying to check in. Gave an extended check out and breakfast for the inconvenience. Great conference room at the top floor for the event.
