I called to ask the photo desk a question.. couldn't get through the RIDICULOUS ai phone system.. couldn't press 0, couldn't get a real person on the phone, that's . . the worst! Just based on that.. I'll never shop or go there for anything.

Saw the 2 star overall review, but no details in the comments so tried anyways. Don’t bother - they are inadequately staffed and the photo they tried to charge me $20 for was blurry. They are using a cheap digital camera. You are better off using your cell.
