“I’ve been staying in this area for the past couple of weeks and have visited several of the convenience stores along Tower Road during my stay. But now I won’t stop anywhere else but this Maverik store for my daily sweet teas/fountain drinks. I’m kind of a snob when it comes to my fountain drinks lol, and the sweet tea and Diet Coke are the best around. The store is always clean and well-stocked.
What I love the most about the store is how very friendly the staff are. Everyone there speaks to me with a smile, asks how my day is, etc. Keep up the great work Tower Road Maverik!!”
“In and out had to stop here because Walmart doesn't sell cigarettes and it's very inconvenient for the customers that spend $3 and $400 in the store to have to stop to get such a small simple item. First time I have ever known Walmart to not carry cigarettes. Thank goodness for Conoco”

She is an absolute life saver! I lost my phone when leaving the store the other night and not only did she not mind that I kept walking in looking for it for 2 hours, but she called it nonstop and got the person who found it to return it to the store. “The service at this location is almost always top-notch, from friendly greetings when you walk in the door to the owner and staff remembering regulars and being knowledgeable about what's stocked and what's still on order. The coffee bar doesn't always have every single flavor going if you come in after the morning rush, but that stands to reason and you can always get a cappuccino from the machine since they did an upgrade a couple years ago. I'm probably here more than I'm at King Soopers down the road, just because of the convenience. Obviously it's a lit pricier because of that, but it's worth it for the great service and community aspect of the local gas station.”

“The store isn't that clean but it's probably as clean as it will get. The cashier was friendly and gave me the correct change, I came in to use the ATM because it's fee free for me and I picked up water " liquid death" which is an awesome canned water that stays cool for hrs. And a store brand bottled water for the dogs or was a very good price.”

“Love this place. I usually make an effort to only go here because I adore the staff. Best treat them well because they are your life blood. The big male manager though, has about as much personality as a slug. He's not friendly, ever. It's like he hates his life or his job. Seriously, there are other employees there that would 150% make a better store manager. Like Micki (not sure how to spell it). I've been a loyal customer for over 12 years and live very close. The truth hurts, but y'all need a new boss man.”

“I have noticed a lot of Hindi or Pakistani owners of 7-Elevens around town and this one was by far the better ones definitely better than the one on 3rd and Broadway where that guy gets upset and chases people out of the store really has anger problems.”

They have a decent selection and the people who work here are so so friendly. Every time. I love that it feels like saying hello to a friend when I come in, and I really don’t know these people at all ? Just adds to the neighborhood charm.
I will say that I agree with the reviewer below who wished items were more consistently priced. I prefer knowing what I’m paying (since I’m usually making a splurge candy buy if I’m there ?) and I feel obnoxious hollering over to them to ask how much something costs more than once. But even with that said, the owners are so nice that at this point I’ll pay whatever the price is because I like supporting this shop and I want them to stay in the neighborhood.”

“Good gas prices, right next to our complex,looked clean inside and the cashier was friendly. Wasnt there to make friends just cheaper gas and a coke, got both and beat feet out. Its good to know even late at night you can get gas for your vehice and gas for you with the frozen burrito.”
