“Went in to have the rubber boot removed from an ignition coil that got stuck when I changed my spark plugs. I brought a book since I was willing to wait until it was done since it could take a while for the engine to cool, but they had it done in a half hour.”

“Wow…. The service my husband and I received today, was something we never felt from an auto shop before. To be given honest prices up front, explanations and options all laid out plainly, and giving us a moment to think amongst ourselves, was hands down exceptional. We were lucky to come across this gem of shop. If you’ve had bad experiences with haggling/lies, this place will redeem car shops for you. Cherry on top was them squeezing us in extremely last minute before a big trip. A huge shoutout to Saife, Rafi, and Khyver ❤”

“Great experience at the Grease Monkey on Alameda in Lakewood! The guys and gal here did a fantastic job. Everyone was friendly, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was done right. Great customer service, quick and efficient, and I really appreciated how well they took care of me and my vehicle. It’s nice to find a place you can trust. “Outstanding auto mechanic shop! Kevin, the owner, is as decent and hardworking as the day is long. Isaiah at the front desk is kind, supremely helpful, and on-the-ball. The mechanics are highly skilled and honest. A relative brought her car to them with a cracked oil pan, and they saved her $1000! We were awed. I first brought my car to them to get my cabin air filters replaced. They got them done quickly, did a great job, and their price was very reasonable. I returned to replace my driver's side sun visor. They got the part in within three hours, then installed it the very next day for a low price. More recently, they fixed my faulty tire pressure sensor and broken window control, as well as changing my oil and checking my brakes. Their price was hundreds less than the estimate, and their work was as excellent as always. I'm never going to take my car anywhere else!”

“This is the best Grease Monkey location around. The staff is professional and doesn't push parts or services you don't need while letting you know about things that might be needed soon. They are happy to find you a discount (Sr.,AAA, coupon,...) and who doesn't like free ice cream?”

“. As a woman that knows the bare minimum when it comes to cars, I wouldn’t come to any other place. I found the shop after Midas tried to get me to pour five grand into a car when I came in for an oil change. James and his guys do great work, it’s affordable, and most importantly, honest. Stoked to have found this shop!”

“I can’t recommend Ralph’s Foothills Service enough! From the moment I walked in, I was treated with honesty, professionalism, and genuine kindness. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but this team goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels valued and informed. They took the time to explain everything clearly, never pressured me into unnecessary repairs, and completed the work quickly without sacrificing quality. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job right is obvious. The customer service is second to none, the pricing is fair, and it’s refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers instead of just making a sale. If you’re looking for reliable, trustworthy, and top-quality automotive service, Ralph’s Foothills Service is the place to go. They’ve earned a customer for life, and I’ll happily recommend them to all my family and friends!”

“Brought my 2012 Camry here due to my car leaking the day before. The first location I went to told me I needed new CV Axels. ( Bushings gone, spitting grease) I was referred to this location from the other grease monkey I had gone to first. I definitely recommend this location! Good communication! Got my car done the same day! They worked really hard with taking no breaks while also attending to other customers! It’s hard to find trustworthy grease monkey locations. Don’t let the looks of the area deceive you! This is definitely going to be my new go to grease monkey! These guys know their stuff and take care of your car like it’s their own!”
