“The staff here are fabulous. Every time I have needed specific foods for my dog they take the time to talk through what my pet needs and what may work. They have a generic return policy too. Plus they spoil my dog when I bring him with.”

“Loved our visit to Lily’s Baths and Biscuits! My pup was in need of a bath and I didn’t feel like going through the hassle to wash her at home. Our first visit did not disappoint! The entire store was so calming and the baths were super clean. Treats, towels, choice of shampoo and ear wash were just a few of the many things we enjoyed! Service was top notch and they were so kind. They were also so caring during my pup’s nail trim as well. We will be back!”

We were walking a friend's dog who got a little freaked out by motorcycle noises, and the owner was so kind and let us hang out for a little while until he calmed down. “Love this groomer for my two Corgis. Relatively affordable and the girls are returned to me de-stinkified after being on a ranch, nails cut and far less hair falling out. Just wish they'd stay so clean for more than a few days. They also have sensitive shampoo for one of my girls that seems to react to regular shampoo. I highly recommend this groomer!”
“I enjoy shopping here because the carry such delightful pet supplies, food and toys. The shop has a great selection of high quality foods that are minimally processed without a lot of fillers and additives so I can trust what I purchase there is healthy for my pup. They also carry supplies made locally and by small business so I can find unique gifts and treats. The owner is warm and welcoming and willing to address my questions and even customize an order for me if she doesn't happen to have what I need. It's so fun to drop by on the weekend and browse the items. I recommend that you stop by!”

“This store had a wide selection of fish and pet supplies. One of the highest quality I've seen of any pet stores. Aquarium tanks are kept clean and habitats for exotic pets are kept neat as well. Staff are well-informed and very helpful. Brendan is a great guy and helped me with my purchases. I am looking forward to my next visit here for my pet needs!”

“I couldn't be happier with the grooming that my two mature huskies received at this location. We have been going to boutique groomers for years and when we weren't able to get a reservation for them for up to six weeks I thought, "this will do for now"..... They did such a nice job, were pleasant to work with, the cost was less and the dogs look amazing. I will not be going back to the pricy boutique salons but will keep bringing my pups here for for a convenient, safe, less costly grooming experience! Thank you”
“Amy takes care of my dog and does an amazing job. He's an Aussie with a lot of hair. He always comes out looking like a show dog including his tail end "feathers". She also makes booking easy and uses text messages and has an online booking tool. Wonderful lady who is kind to my pup and does nice, fast work. Highly recommended.”
“AS OF 8/15/2022 There is overnight parking. The check in lady was nice. Still took 2 hours to unload kitty litter for a 10:00am appointment. A lot of back in space and maneuvering room.”
“I took my German Shepherd mix, Jaylo, to get a bath to help with the shedding. I left with some treats she absolutely loves and some great resources for training my 7 month old puppy. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and attentive, even when my dog decided to slip out of her leash. Will definitely be back to support a local business.”

“Always have the best products for my pets. Dog and cats. And it’s cheaper than the pet store down south Broadway and definitely has more of a selection. The workers there are also nice, even after I ask a lot of questions.”
