“Dropped my Honda pilot off to have a tow hitch installed. Alfredo called me a couple hours later to let me know that there was one part that was difficult to remove in order to do the work needed and that they didn’t have the tool in order to do it.
He immediately apologized and called various U-haul locations in the area to see who had the tool needed. He then proactively scheduled an appointment for the next day and provided a $100 gift card for the troubles. Really appreciate the help Alfredo!”

“The service wasn't over the top, yet, I find this location's rating low for no reason (at time of this review). The associate at the counter ensured efficient checkout, and his colleague addressed some items with the truck to mitigate any issues- appreciated. The QR codes are a bit clunky (with check in afterwards), but I credit Uhaul and not the location itself. (Both gentlemen did their best to explain what I needed to know) Arrived right before closure and that experience was smooth too. Unless other reviews from different sites, no overage either (I do wonder if any of the poor reviews are omitting info?) I'd recommend and plan to return when the need arises”

“Diego, Sam, and crew went over and above their duties everytime I was at the facility and I was amazed that they didn’t lose their minds dealing with me and all of my special requests!! “This location was clean, accessible right off Alameda. The truck was clean and ready. The staff guy answered my questions and helped me get their security padlock off the truck before I left. No problems encountered.”
