“I needed to get my cracked displayed repaired on my MacBook. This was my experience with the Apple Store in Cherry Creek:
- First go to the store for a diagnostic appointment where they confirmed that my screen was indeed cracked
- They order the part and set up an appointment for me to come drop my computer off 5 days later.
- Despite having an appointment, I waited over an hour and had to leave due to restraints. They then released the part and I had to start the process over again with a new diagnostic appointment (as if my screen wasn't still broken)
With Denver Mac Repair:
- Dropped it off at 5:30PM Friday afternoon
- Was ready for pickup Monday at 3pm
Not to mention they were ~$70 cheaper than Apple. These guys are legends, support local and go here.”

“I just wanted to share a story about Matt (from the store on South Colorado) and his exceptional customer service he provided me. I went in today with a dead battery and he tested it to confirm. Rather than just sell me a new battery, he looked up where I had gotten the battery from (O'Reilly) and told me to call them to ask for a warranty, rather than just sell me on a new one. Sure enough it was under warranty and, because my car was dead, he even DROVE ME to the O'Reilly down the street then waited for me outside while I got a new one. Again driving me back to the store and then proceeded to put in the new battery (into a notoriously difficult battery spot) in my car and made sure all was good before letting me go. Batteries Plus didn't get a dime from the effort, but Matt did all this anyway. What exceptional customer service! You surely made a lifelong customer of me today for all my battery needs going forward. Thank you so much Matt!”

“They couldn't fix my TV, but did everything they could and provided their best, honest advice. While I'm disappointed with the result, they are great and beyond fair. They dealt with way more than anybody should have to for only their $35 diagnostic fee.”

“I have a very specialized audio cable that connects my iPhone to the stereo system on my motorcycle. It allows me to select and play music using controls on the handlebars. The wiring at the connection point broke after some 10+ years of use. I determined that I could not find a replacement. I took the cable to Electronica. The owner spent extra time and was able to repair the extremely small wiring. The cost of the repair was less than what the cable would have cost had I been able to find one. The business is an hour+ from my home. Very glad I made the trip. I would highly recommend.”

“I was skeptical at first due to other reviews. I’m a big fan of reduce, reuse and recycle, so I really wanted to fix my TV and not replace it with a new one. I have a 3 yo Samsung LED and it simply stopped powering on. I called the A1 number and spoke with Coach, and he quickly walked me through how to reset my TV to see if I could avoid needing additional work done. My TV was still not working so we scheduled a drop off for the following morning. Drop off was quick and easy. Later that afternoon I got a text letting me know my TV was working and that it could be picked up. Drop off to pick up in 24 hrs and now a functioning TV is why I’m giving 5 stars. Repairing the TV cost me 1/5 of what it would cost to buy a brand new one. I’m very happy with the service I received, and I’m glad I won’t miss the Broncos game this weekend because of the speed of the repairs.”
