“Shipped with Micheal today at Micro center off Quincy and it was a fun experience . We were buying gaming headsets and he was super knowledgeable and great to talk ideas through. We ended up getting the Nova 7x but are already thinking of coming back for the Omni’s! He was very honest about pricing and differences.”

“I walked in this morning with a huge problem; my laptop was broken and I needed to spend the day preparing for a meeting tomorrow. Within just a few minutes Gary Faircloth, understood how important this was to me and helped me to a solution. This was the best outcome I could have imagined. I found out that they offer full Managed IT Services. I'll be sure to recommend his firm to my friends who are struggling with their IT needs. Outsource!”

“I wanted to put a nice comment about Carlos in the print department. I was using the self-print machine for the first time, as I usually have them print my stuff. Carlos came over and showed me how to operate it. He was so busy, but took the time to help me....and best part, to pet my girl, Glory!!! Thank you Carlos, you have a very bright future!!!”

“I do not go to Best Buy often, but I must say I had a great experience yesterday. I desperately needed a dehumidifier and they had some in stock. The young lady at the door was very welcoming and informed appliances I was on my way over where I was promptly met by Brandon. Brandon was extremely professional and did his due diligence to ensure I got what I needed quickly. He didn’t even know I was in a rush. Nonetheless, he was extremely friendly, polite, professional. Upper management should call this man. Other store employees also checked in to see if I needed anything…. I must say this is a quality store.”

“I made an appointment and arrived on time with an uncommon issue I was having with my iphone. First, a shout out to Apple Store rep Jackson. His patience, understanding, and knowledge made for a positive experience. He gets 5-stars. Give that man a raise and a promotion. Only reason I dropped a star with my review is because I was put in the wrong waiting area and waited for 20 minutes before it was discovered. I noticed some others reporting this in their reviews - Apple, you might want to work on better training for staff in this area. But overall a positive experience.”
