“I brought my HP laptop that is older in because I was having so many storage problems and problems with the antivirus that I installed on it which was Norton was having so many problems that it was frustrating to even try and use. I don't do a lot on the laptop I can get my way around somewhat but not real computer literate but I took it in and Adam went through every possible thing for me showed me everything he did and what he could do to help me out I would give him six stars but they only give you room for five I would definitely recommend taking your laptop in to have them explain or fix any problems you have my experience was great”

Although I wasn't there to browse, I just went and got a screen protector for my phone, which I ordered online. And the guy at the counter put it on for me and everything! (Thanks, whoever you were) I didn't catch his name, but that was definitely appreciated”

“I recently had a great experience at this store! Not sure I understand why people are rating 1 star. Booking an appointment in advance was a breeze, and I was pleasantly surprised when the staff accommodated my early arrival to fix the broken camera lens on my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Despite the limitation that they could only swap out parts for iPhone 14 and newer, the team was incredibly friendly and attentive. While I couldn't get my issue fixed without spending a substantial amount, their customer service made the overall experience positive.”

“While searching for a local company to provide and install all TV's/theater/speakers/WiFi for our new home, we stopped in at Best Buy to 'comparison shop.' The deep knowledge of their Magnolia team members and ability to fully customize a solution for us closed the deal.It was a fairly large job, requiring 4 full days of installation by a four-man team. The technicians could not have been more professional (and these guys 'worked clean') or accommodating, seeking our approval prior to finalizing each item's installation. The finished project is absolutely gorgeous, and we are in love with our theater systems and ability to listen to music from our phones) anywhere in the house, inside or out back.These folks are quite customer-centric and I highly recommend the Best Buy/Magnolia team for your A/V needs. You also get the comfort of a sizeable company standing behind the project (product and labor) should you encounter problems.You won't be disappointed.”
