This is a well-maintained property overall. The club lounge closes on Friday after breakfast at 10 a.m. and doesn’t reopen until Sunday evening, which is inconvenient. Staff wouldn’t upgrade me despite available rooms showing on the app. Shower water pressure was also abysmal.

Booked this place solely for the pool and club, but upon arrival found out that both are closed, with no mention of that on their booking site. I’m sure it’s fine when traveling for business, but for our brief weekend trip it missed the mark.

Had a minor issue with thermostat in room. So very responsive. Michael from maintenance came quickly and was able resolve immediately.
