I don't understand why they have only 2 stars. Actually they have excellent customer service and efficient with timing. My greetings to Manager and Co, U-Haul always makes it easy for me.

The young lady that helped me was fabulous. I've been renting hauls for many years and rent often . She went beyond her job discrimination to help me. She made my experience alot smoother. UHaul needs more employees like her.
