Went through all the back boxes, every nook and cranny for tape, called her boss, and helped me out in the end. This place is a great resource if you’re locally moving, and the prices are actually a LOT better than you would get at places like ACE. Thanks, Jen!”

“This location, despite the busyness of the surrounding area, you can't beat the quickness and friendly customer service. Plenty of parking but not always upfront. Every staff member without fail is always so cheerful and helpful. They take all my Amazon returns without judgment or question. They offer quick services for passport photos and lamination at fairly reasonable prices. My passport photo was good quality for $30 on the spot. It's my go to for business needs and my frequent Amazon Shopping spree.
I've used other UPS locations for mailbox service and they are wonderful with emailing you on packages and renewals. It's great if you want to separate work mail from personal and junk stuff.
Besides if the wait is long, grab a cone at McDonalds or run into Home Depot for your honey do list items. Thanks UPS Quebec team for making returns enjoyable!”

I live in Michigan and had won a lot at an auction located in Denver, which made coordinating pickup and shipping from across the country a challenge. Marie went above and beyond by going to the auction location, picking up my lot, carefully packing everything, and shipping it out to me in Michigan.
I couldn't be happier with the service. I definitely know who to turn to the next time I win a lot in the Denver!”
“To the owners Pam & Terry Schmitt (as listed on the business card): Give Kenneth a substantial raise promptly, please. (I believe that was his name, this is dayys later, so apologies if I got it wrong). The moment we entered he acknowledged us and let us know he'd be right with us and once it was our turn he was knowledgeable, kind, helpful and efficient. Additionally, he did this all with enthusiasm and humor that you do NOT see everyday, especially in jobs that *could* be considered repetitive or mundane. He did an exemplary job of assisting not only myself and my husband, but the others in the store as well while keeping the overall ambiance light and pleasant without feeling overbearing. His customer service skills are enviable. If I were still working in customer service I would have tried to recruit him which is why I would urge you to increase his wages to show your appreciation for him and to further solidify his place in your establishment.

“I've been here many times and mostly felt transactional. My latest visit, during a heavy snowstorm, they went above and beyond. Had to expedite a foam core poster and with their help was able to repackage, condense and ended up saving $200! Took some time and that's what I appreciate. Get to know the staff because they seem to care!”
