“Miranda Y was a GOD SEND! I came in just under the wire to open a business account and she stayed late to help me through the process. Couldn't do it without her!”
“They canceled a check I received from a client, because the signature was shaky... Didn't call her and ask if she wrote the check. Just waited for 4 days after I deposited and then took the money out of my account. Over a 1000 dollars plus fees and wont return it. Was told to have her rewrite a check or wait for that one to get mailed back.
After going back in twice I finally met with the manager ( I'll have to get his name) and Gavin Hernandez while he didn't have the answers he worked much harder to figure it than my bank did and even asked me to have them call him to try to get answers for me. While it wasn't a fun situation I felt much better thanks to Gavin.
The manager that remembered me when I walked in today was a sign of good business and much appreciated.”
