“I just recently wrote a quite unfavorable review for this company because I was unable to get in touch with anyone at the call center without an extended wait time or to get my local loan officer to return my calls. That said, I almost immediately received a voicemail and a phone call from Christopher Hobscheidt, who gave me a profuse apology, all the information I needed, and contact info if I had further questions or concerns.I was blown away by how concerned and open to helping Chris was.
