“My experience with this Enterprise location started with a personal logistics error, but thanks to the manager, Kader Fahas, it ended on a high note.
I had mistakenly booked my reservation at this local office instead of the airport. Upon arriving, I was frustrated to find there were no cars immediately available and that I couldn't return the vehicle to the airport as I had hoped. However, the way Kadir handled the situation during the return process is what truly saved my trip and Enterprise's reputation in my eyes.
Even though he couldn't change the return location due to policy, Kader showed incredible empathy and problem-solving skills. He allowed me to extend my rental for a couple of hours at a very fair rate and, in an exceptional gesture of service, he personally arranged a ride for me to the airport so I wouldn't incur further costs or delays.
His constant smile, people skills, and genuine desire to help the customer are rare to find. The car performed perfectly and the pricing was just, but it was Kader’s professionalism that made the difference. Highly recommended location if you value top-tier customer service!”

“My daughter booked the car an hour before we arrived. The manger, Randy, was kind and very helpful, knowing it may be a long shot getting me a vehicle on such short notice. Thankfully a car had just come in and he was able to rent it to me. The manager also, chivalrously, walked me to my car as it was late and dark. More like he needed to check out the car, however, the escort was a nice touch. Thank you, Randy, your customer service was outstanding.”
