“Ray is the best! He is literally a ray of sunshine!
He always goes above and beyond, and I have multiple examples! He and his colleagues put in the effort and successfully located my earring after I had discovered that it must have fallen out in the dressing room! I simply called the store and an associate (I apologize that I did not get the name) - he did honorably go and look while placing me on hold, then Ray took over the call to get me all set up for picking up my lost and found item for the next day.
I’ve also had other great customer service experiences thanks to Ray. For example, I purchased a decent amount of items which also included a clearance pack of acne stickers, Ray was the one that handled that transaction. I then discovered the pack to actually be empty while going to put some stickers on while still in the parking lot. I ran back in, and Ray took care of the refund super quickly, which made me feel less guilty of running back in and taking up a spot in the checkout line, just for the sake of a $3 refund.

“Swung by this Ross while stuck in Durango during a snow storm… randomly the best Ross I’ve been to. Spacious, clean, neatly organized, and some great designer brands with original tags. Two small dressing room booths to try clothes on. Would definitely recommend!”

“I shop at Durango Tractor Supply on and off all year. I’ve always had good experiences there. Once I needed a large floor fan and the only one in stock was being used by the store. The manager happily sold it to me with a small discount because it was “used”. I always leave the store happy and satisfied whether I find what I was looking for or not.”
