“Incredible staff, great deals and I get great use out of the member discounts. If I'm missing an ingredient, I can walk over in a few minutes and dinner is saved.”

“A huge health food supermarket. I love ginger beer in the green bottles. Very protenant but having enormous health advantages. I was very impressed with the mushrooms. The lion's mane mushrooms have valuable health benefits I see them all the time growing on old rotten logs. people think they look poisonous and don't know they can be eaten.”
“Look it’s an expensive grocery store, but it reminds me of Fresh Fields growing up (acquired by Whole Foods back in the day) and it’s got the best selection (and widest) of Natural Products hands down of anywhere in Durango. Produce I usually shop at Durango Natural Coop and typically Natural Grocers is overall less expensive, but if you want specially products and an outstanding selection of Organics, Natures Oasis is your spot. Bonus points for the Deli with Bomb Smoothies and Juices and I heard the Meat selection is good (though I can’t attest because I’m plant-based vegan)”
“I can't say enough about how awesome Gina and Aubrey are with customer service. They are both always available with whatever you need as a customer and I really appreciate Albertsons hiring these two. Way to go Gina and way to go Aubrey keep up the AAA customer service at Albertsons Durango!”
“Unlike in Denver they actually had multiple cashier's checking people out and they don't have a security guard checking your receipt. Denver the grocery stores expect consumers do all the work while they let people go, raise prices, and yet the CEO makes millions every year. I love working and not getting paid then being treated like a thief by the very store I just gave my hard earned money too.”
“If you're on the mountain and don't want to make a trip into Durango then you should stop at Needles Country Store. They have gas, oxygen (very important), drinks, frozen food and a few home made goods.”
“It's a bit small. Tight. They have a pretty clean store and our selections were fresh. A bit localized products.. As in they obviously cater to local taste. Which is different then we are used too. But some interesting choices”
“I have always found the Mercado Corner Market a friendly and helpful place.Following the CoVid-19 pandemic, they seemed to work hard to increase their food offerings, which probably was appreciated by folks who live at Pinyon Terrace. I am not sure why a person who wanted PBR Tallboys, and cheap Vodka would elect to shop at MCM. ..The Sonoco is closer, on foot for the folks without driver's licences, and the Elmore's corner liquor store caters to all tastes. Plus, at the Sonoco, you can get your child a hot dog, or a cup of Ramen noodles...or an ice cream. As, indeed, all but alcoholic parents can do at the Family Dollar, WalMart, Mercado Corner Market, or..even...The Sonoco Gas Station.Which has lots of tacky beer. And a reasonable attempt at foodstuffs. Toilet paper, paper towels, and sodas. And can be walked to by those who are bipedal and choose not to be arrested. Again. And Again...as Habitual traffic offenders...Mercado Mkt serves both the employed, and the social serviced section. In my opinion the do a great job at doing both. If they accepted Fool Stamps, it would be helpful.I've said the same to Donna at Sonoco. One can only assume there is some reason why a Republican refuses. While living in a neighborhood with a substantial poverty level.”
“Stopped here because my friend needed to use the restroom. To my delight, gas was the least expensive I'd seen in Durango. There are only 2 fuel pumps here, and both had a line when we pulled in. I parked at the store's front door so my elderly, disabled friend could go in to use the restroom. He said he was in line behind 5 women, all doing the have-to-pee dance. When he came outside, there were no cars at the fuel pumps. I was able to pull right in to fuel up. I paid in the store, and the woman at the counter was very nice.”
“Walmart seems to have everything. Recently, I've really appreciated the money center. There is a ton of stuff that you can do in the money center. The employees there make the transactions seem really simple. The only issue is that the store is so big, it takes a while to walk around it.”

“The pharmacy at this location is absolutely AMAZING! I cannot say how wonderufl, helpful, friendly, and attentive the staff is. Your medicaitons are always ready when they say they will be and if any medication will be delayed for any reason, they will always contact you and inform you in advance of you arriving to pick up your prescriptions. BEST PHARMACY IN TOWN!”
“Very clean and organized with lots of prepared foods to choose from. Great for picking up items on short notice, but big shopping there is a wallet buster for the average consumer. Save your money and make a trip in to Durango for supplies. Liquor store next door is also very well stocked, but prices were inflated there, too.I highly recommend it and will go back to this friendly store.”

“The pharmacy techs are always so nice and help get what you need. I signed up for texts and know when my prescription has been submitted, when it’s ready, and the estimated cost. They truly are sweet people.”

“As a local this is the gold standard for the butcher department. The fresh meats and seafood are always top notch. The frozen meat case have regular to out of the ordinary selections. Their market has suck a fun variety of specialty items. My favorite is the peri peri dry rub. You can put it so any meat and the flavor will blow your mind. The deli department makes really great sandwiches and to go items but I would be remiss if I didn’t mention their to go, single serving, carrot cake and German chocolate cake. HEAVEN. Last department is the liquor, etc. Boy, they keep a great selection in a small space. There is always something unusual and fun on those shelves. Lastly, the counter help makes the most amazing coffee drinks and rings you up with a smile. Make sure to say hello to Grace!”
