“I was helped by a very friendly woman. There was no line, only one patient man waiting for me to be done - and he was the nicest, too. I had a very pleasant experience- especially since I was dreading to go to the post office. I’m so grateful the man and the lady were so lovely. Thanks a million!! Y’all made my day!!”

“Amanda did an amazing job helping me out with redelivery of a package that somehow didn't have my complete address on it and was at risk of being returned to sender. During the busiest time of the year, she helped relieve so much stress by helping me over the phone!! I know USPS workers can be incredibly stressed and underappreciated so I wanted to highlight a super positive experience I had. Thank you so much!!”
