The vibes of this hotel are top notch! Older but feels luxurious. The hotel staff was wonderful and gave us a lot of interesting information on General Palmer. The location next to the train makes this amazing if you are planning to take the train.

We love the ease and beauty of a historic hotel and this may be one of our faves. Accomodating and friendly staff, clean, classy and within walking distance to all you need to enjoy your stay. The rooms are cozy and beautiful, and we appreciated the all day tea, coffee and cookies. Highly recommend.
