“About 2 years ago, I had an idler roller bolt that got bent on an older truck I have. I went to 3 different dealerships and none would sell me the bolt because they won’t make any money off it, and they referred me to this place. They gave me the bolt for free and to this day that bolt is still in there, and have no problems since. I would highly recommend”

As an hvac contractor they are my go to. Jeff behind the counter has got to be the sharpest counter guy I've ever dealt with in a decade in the hvac business. 11/10 they're setting the standard for hvac supply houses in the US.”

“This is an excellent neighborhood hardware store. Every time I enter I'm immediately greeted by the cashiers and then get 5-star level concierge level service by the store helpers. If I have a long list of supplies to get, they divide and conquer for me, helping locate everything I need and taking care of other services (like key fob battery replacement) at the same time. I love going to this location and prefer it over any of the other big box retailers.”

“10/28/23: Yes. It's changed! I approached a cashier and ask where something was. She told me immediately exactly where it was and she was right. Also, while I was standing there in the aisle I was approached by another Harbor Freight employee who asked if she could help me. They did not have what I wanted but wow!I buy stuff here that I probably won't use much because it's cheap. The trouble light you wear on your head broke instantly.”

The clerks are always understanding of one that doesn't know the correct terminology and/or what they exactly need.But the said the restrooms were closed for the day!!??
