“I went to this store yesterday for a new line of service and a cellphone I was greeted immediately upon walking in by an employee named Tanner.
Tanner was very informative about all aspects of what my options were and what service Included. I wasn't sure what to expect , but shortly after arriving , one thing was clear to me that this was going to be a pleasant experience.
I was treated with kindness and genuine care and concern.
I never felt like I was taking up too much time or that my questions weren't valid. Tanner is clearly an asset to this company.
He was multi tasking the entire time I was there. During My visit, I witnessed him Fully engaging with what my needs were as well as the other customers in the store and answering the phone and running the register all at the same time. I will definitely be recommending this store to my family and friends and I certainly won't hesitate to return if I have any issues or for anything else that I might need from this phone company.
