My first encounter with him was after I accidentally dropped my iPhone in water, to which he immediately helped do a diagnostic test. After realizing the damage was irreversible, he provided me with options for what to do next and didn't charge me one cent (despite spending hours on my case). My second encounter was over the phone, when I asked him questions about my laptop to which he provided very honest and helpful information, which saved me a visit. Suffice to say, Tom is THE person to go to!”

He was extremely helpful & knowledgeable not just on apple products but helped me with other Verizon services. He said he would follow up by phone to confirm all was working well and he did! When it was time for me to go in he was still with a customer (because phone sales are an experience) so I got to work with Nick. Nick was amazing from start to finish. Very patient and knowledgeable and I ask a lot of questions. We both learned some new hiccups when transferring service surrounding number protection. The whole time I felt welcomed.
