“I went to the Verizon on 92and and Sheridan and the worker there tried to upsell me the iPhone 17 and told me my new monthly bill would be close to 215$ I told him absolutely not and that he’s out of his mind! Haha luckily I went to the Verizon on Wadsworth where I met my hero for the day. Nick was fast, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing. Traded in my old device and got the iPhone 17 with a much better monthly rate! Absolutely recommend coming here!”

“I have always come to this store for years, even after I moved 40 mins away. Other stores are mostly rude and impatient, one even caused damage to my phone because of imcompetence. Not Cherry Hills. I had and iphone problem and visited on 8/2/2026. Service Representaive John was professional, knowledgable, and very patient. He diligently went through the process and fixed my wife's iPhone. Not to mention he is a true gentleman. He is an asset to the ATT organization and an example of what outstanding customer service should be. Hire more people like him and your company will do well. My Mom got a virus on her phone from a download causing the settings tab to disappear along with threatening messages. She had tried to call customer service first for help and was dismissed and given the run around. We decided to go into the River Point store and had the good luck of Ryan working on this day!Without judgement or hesitation he knew exactly what the issue was and just fixed it for her in less than 15 minutes! He also explained to us in laymen's terms what happened and how to fix it in the future. THIS..... IS WHAT PROVIDING EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE LOOKS LIKE. AT&T is lucky to have Ryan!”

“I went to this store yesterday for a new line of service and a cellphone I was greeted immediately upon walking in by an employee named Tanner.
Tanner was very informative about all aspects of what my options were and what service Included. I wasn't sure what to expect , but shortly after arriving , one thing was clear to me that this was going to be a pleasant experience.
I was treated with kindness and genuine care and concern.
I never felt like I was taking up too much time or that my questions weren't valid. Tanner is clearly an asset to this company.
He was multi tasking the entire time I was there. During My visit, I witnessed him Fully engaging with what my needs were as well as the other customers in the store and answering the phone and running the register all at the same time. I will definitely be recommending this store to my family and friends and I certainly won't hesitate to return if I have any issues or for anything else that I might need from this phone company.
