“I love this place! Excellent customer service from the greeting in the driveway with a bottle of water to when they’re guiding you out of the bay. You never have to get out of your vehicle. And they do free top offs until the end of the three or 6000 miles depending on which oil change you get. This location specifically has a manager named Isaac that really really cares About customers. Very knowledgeable about vehicles and wants to make sure you’re happy. All the other employees are great too, I’m sure Isaac won’t have anybody in his shop that isn’t customer service Oriented. Fast, friendly, and know how to get the job done right. This is my new go to.”

“This was my first time trying this Jiffy Lube or any Jiffy Lube in at least a decade. One bad experience made me choose elsewhere for my oil changes but I thought I’d give it another go. Besides the waiting time, about 40 min total from the time I got in line until I got my vehicle back. Still quicker than the dealership where I normally go. Charles took care of me and was very helpful and professional. He was working at a fast pace trying to keep up with all the vehicles waiting in line. Everything seemed to go seamlessly and I’m very satisfied with my experience and will be back for my next oil change. Don’t forget to search coupons too, I found $34 off a signature service oil change on the jiffy lube website. Save yourself some cash since the prices are a bit higher than most. With the coupon, it makes it worth it; especially since you don’t need an appointment.”

Matthew walked me through their findings and provided quick check out. Was in and out within 20minutes or less AND they vacuumed my car, windexed outside of windows on top of topping off fluids and checking tire pressure.
