“I had a good experience overall! Great customer service, friendly and responsive team. They diagnosed my wheel bearing suspicion accurately and fixed it quickly. Which other shops miss diagnosed. The car drives great now!
Only feedback, I was advised to get a $150 alignment, but since no suspension parts were touched as far as I know, I wasn’t sure it was necessary. I went ahead with it for peace of mind but would’ve appreciated more context on whether any suspension components were actually affected.
Edit: I've used this shop many times now and am very satisfied!”

stars from me. Starting off with scheduling, Sunil was polite and understanding how meticulous I am when having someone work on my cars. On the installation day, I received a text letting me know 45 minutes in advance before Carlos arrived within the promised windows. Carlos is a true professional and full of courtesy. During the installation, he was patient, treated my car like his own, and completed his job without making any marks nor scratches on the wheels!

“This place is the best. Often shops will insist you need a zillion $ worth of repairs when it's either not true at all or falls under the 'nice to do but not essential' category. I explained out of the gate that this is a very old car and my plan for the not too distant future is to bring it to Canada to leave for occasional family use. It would not make sense to pour a ton of money into it now. Cameron totally understood my perspective and didn't suggest anything was even necessary - he said that eventually there was something to be done, but not anytime soon. They did the more immediate thing I brought it for, and it was far more affordable than I anticipated and done very quickly. They're straightforward and honest mechanics and I am never taking my car anywhere else.”
