I called this morning to see if coming in an hour before close would be an issue, they asked if I could come in tomorrow instead as their systems were down due to the major outage that everyone was experiencing. After explaining that I couldn't and that I needed to have an alignment done by Sunday, they scheduled me for later.
When I went in, they were very quick with their work and informed me of the things I did or didn't need. Will definitely be going back!”

“New to the area and stopped in for an oil change. Joel was w remedy friendly and helpful. He explained all services and pricing ahead of time and kept me updated with the work in progress. Wait time to be seen was immediate. The length of the service was minimal. Clean wait room with wifi and tv to pass the time. I will definitely be back. Thanks Joel!”

“Just wanted to say what a great group of people that work here. We had a transmission issue coming over the mountains and had to coast into Copper Mountain. We had it towed to Denver and dropped at Green Mountain Auto after hours. Got hotel for the night and walked back to the shopping the morning. They had two differant techs look at it and told us it may be more than they could fix. So they.contacted a transmission shop in town and was able to get them to make us a priority so we could get back on the road to Illinois. Thanks a lot!!!”
“Anna, the manager, is the most professional, friendly and genuine individual I have met in a customer service setting possibly ever. Emerson, who is the tech was also absolutely delightful. He was fast, efficient and kind and obviously knew what he was doing.

“Had them install four new wheels and tires which I supplied and asked them to transfer the tpms from the existing wheels on the car to the new ones. They were extremely careful with the new wheels and returned them to me still looking brand new with tire lube cleaned off the wheels and tires. Old wheels were bagged up with new valve stems as I had requested and were placed nicely in the back of my car. Staff treated my car with the utmost care and had me in and out in less than 45 minutes on a walk in. As someone who used to work at a Discount Tire, they did everything perfectly. I will be returning next time I need tire services.”
“My mom lives around the corner from this location. She has brought in her Jeep several times for tires, small things, battery replacements, and bigger tasks as well. She has been very pleased with the female manager each time. My mom drops off the car and walks back home to wait for a call to come in that the Jeep is ready. My mom feels very comfortable taking her 10+ year old Jeep there. I am thankful that she has an auto place that she feels so heard and seen at.”

They still went over ever detail of the inspection with me and discussed what would be needing to be done in the future. Felt like they were setting me up for success in keeping my car running smooth and well taken care of!”
