The staff are all so warm and clearly love animals and Dr. Leach always makes me feel like she really cares about her patients. They are fair with pricing, care options and giving the best individualized recommendations. I recently adopted a second kitten and the staff all told me they had been looking forward to meeting him all day when they saw the appointment on the calendar which made my day. Dr. Cooper did a great job with the physical exam, explaining the blood work and explaining the solutions. My dog responded very positively to Dr. Cooper's friendly physical approach. Tia was calmer with Dr. Cooper than any other Vets. The facility was clean. The staff was friendly.”

“This appointment was for both of our dogs to get their toe nails trimmed. I just cannot do this by myself. The techs take care of them. They are very kind to both dogs. One of our dogs is a mini dachshund. She is not very friendly and she becomes very stressed out at the vets. The techs take very good care of her while she is there. The staff and the docs are all very caring.”

“Our little schnauzer was having some health issues and he fainted late one night. We ran to Animal Urgent Care and they did everything they could to help! They said they could keep him on oxogen and comfortable through the night but his heart was too weak. They gave him enough energy to let us say goodbye and cuddle him. We never wanted to say goodbye to our baby, but they made it as comfortable as possible. The staff was incredibly compassionate and kind during a very difficult moment for our family.”

“Updating after taking in my anxious dog for his shots - this is a special vet! As my dog has gotten older he’s gotten more nervous for the vet, but we had a great visit where he was able to be examined and have his shots updated with no problems at all! It’s obvious that this practice truly loves animals, and I’m so pleased to know my anxious pup has a place to go where is comfortable!

“Great care was taken by Dr Linklater to examine my older dog and she reviewed his history with me thoroughly and suggested a plan for improvement. We have hope this process is going to be helping pain management and rehab.
Update- after a month of work with Dr Linklater and others at the CRCC, my boy’s physical situation is improved. He has a brace for his 14 year old knee. He has been receiving acupuncture and laser treatments and i think they are helpful. Dr Linklater not only sees to the animal’s well-being but also addresses caregiver concerns and pressures. I appreciate her empathy and understanding and most of all her advice and counsel.”
