“We had to move my Grandma to an assisted living facility which was hard enough as you can imagine. So I wanted to help my family with cleaning out her apartment. She had really beautiful pieces and we all took what we could but there was still so much left. We didn’t have a lot of money for movers and we wanted her nice things to go to a good place. I did some research and found American Samaritan. What a blessing! I worked with Tasha and sent her pictures of the furniture and she helped me through the whole process with scheduling. It was very easy and she was very helpful and communicative. On the day of the pick up, our drivers Roy and Marco contacted us and arrived on time. They were very professional and nice guys and they moved quickly and handled everything with care. Overall, this was a very great experience and I would highly suggest using American Samaritan for your donation needs. Fortunately, we were within the pick up area and so there was no fee. There is a small fee if you’re outside of their pick up area, but it pails and comparison too movers fees. I can’t wait to go to their shop and look around. I had no idea they were in business but will use them anytime I need going forward.”
“Love the artwork here. I've been photographing cars with the building as a backdrop for years. Always appreciated the building as a canvas. The owner is also very nice and I remember when detour used to paint absolutely amazing art on the side.”
“There is nicer places but the rooms are clean, staff is nice, and convenient. Our son 2 year old has leukemia and we couldn't do it with out the hospitality of the Ronald McDonald House. Forever grateful.”
“I adopted Amelia (formerly Salem) from Cat Care Society, and I truly cannot say enough good things about my experience.
Shortly after bringing her home, I ran into a few unexpected health issues. As a first-time cat mom, I was honestly scared and overwhelmed by the findings and how sick she was. But CCS immediately followed up with me and walked me through every bump in the road with so much care and support. I never felt alone in it. CCS truly cares about their cats before and after adoption.
I am endlessly grateful to this shelter for connecting me with my soul kitty. Amelia has brought so much joy and face “boops” into my life. If you’re considering adopting, I highly recommend visiting CCS — they truly care about both their cats and their adopters!”

This place is so good that I don't want to go anywhere else, so I cancelled my ClassPass and signed up directly with YogaBox. This location is much warmer than the Cherry Creek location and I prefer the instructors here as well.
Favorite classes are taught by Maddie and Jackie, but they are all really good.”
“I recently discovered this vet hospital after having to go for my dog's injured paw. They have been amazing with my girl. I really appreciate them and offering me affordable services + medications for her. Most urgent care vets are so expensive (e.g. Blue Pearl) so being able to afford urgent care here means the world to me. Collin helped me Identify something in my bike that could have led to something bad happening when riding and got my bike serviced and prepared for me faster than expected. Thank you to the kind people that work there and want to share their knowledge with you so you can then work on your own bikes as well! They are about helping and uplifting the community which is great to see these days.”

You're as busy as you want to be. At first I wasn't sure about living in senior housing. Now, I know I made the right choice. I love my apartment set up and you can't beat the view. It's in the heart of Cherry Creek. I would say walkability is 100% and public transportation is steps away. I still have my car, so getting a parking spot on site was another plus. I've lived in over a dozen states and cities all over the country. By far Kavod is my best decision.”

“There are a variety of classes and activities for Seniors that are online and in person. The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and reliable. It can be difficult to find as it is in the back of a parking lot and behind buildings.”

“I’ve lived here for 5 years and I have never had any problems getting things fixed or replaced. The first few months I lived here they replaced my stove and refrigerator and since living here, things get fixed pretty quickly, when you put a work order in. We do have a big turnover in managers and RSVs and that is hard. It’s a pretty quiet community. We do have resident activity’s, every month, like a potluck, for monthly resident birthdays and bingo. People are mostly friendly and caring about each other.i think it’s a pretty good place to call home.”
