“Wow! I got such great service with this branch. I was trying to perform a wire and couldn't figure out what was going wrong. Narvi was so helpful, and so patient with me! Once she helped me figure out the issue and the wire was processed, she even called me back later just to confirm it was done. How incredibly sweet. We originally opened our account in another state, and I LOVE our banker. When we moved, I wasn't too sure about how FCB would be in other states. This was my first experience and it was a great one. Keep it up and thank you for being so understanding!!!”

Mr. T (the manager at Meridian) is WONDERFUL. He helped me and my parents even though we did not have an appointment, he was busy, and he had a lot going on. “Went in right before Christmas as I have 2 different passwords online and account. To confusing to keep straight and I wanted to access Zelle for my big gifts. I was helped and everyone was super nice. I had just had cataract surgery and they were very very helpful.”

We came in to open high school accounts for my kids and he was knowledgeable, patient, helpful and educated them about important issues that affect their use of the accounts. In general, Chase branches are the same to me, but I appreciate Brandon and his great support and will be coming back here to work with him when I need more help than a teller can provide.”

Joenet helped upgrade and simplify my accounts and even stayed 20 minutes late getting a fee reversed.
