“I’ve been delaying on moving from my far away bank to a closer one and decided to try out a local credit union instead. I kept putting it off, but finally got around to doing it. I showed up before they closed and Greg T. stayed late to make sure I was all set up (Thank you and sorry)!
Also, I brought a check to deposit and was able to use that to start my account. Looks like the hold is removed and I can use the funds now.
Oh one more thing, they printed my debit card there and I got to choose from a list of them ( maybe most places do that, but my old bank didn’t offer this at all ).”

“I noticed that Options Credit Union was offering a very attractive rate on balance transfers to an Options CU credit card. I had an old Options CU credit card but it had expired. Sherry went above and beyond in getting my card reinstated and then made the balance transfer for me.”

“I have gotten an auto loan about 18 months ago from Westlake financial. I never miss paying my bill and it just seemed like it was never going down so I went to Zing credit union on Mineral off of Broadway. Ms. Yaumelis Gonzalez helped me and she did a tip notch job . Id give her 100 stars if I could. She looked into my loan from. Westlake and I formed me I was paying on a 20% loan. She got to work on refinancing my vehicle and got me a sweet refinancing percentage. She was easy to work with, she does all the leg work, took care of every detail and made the process very easy. So I have high praises for Zing Credit Union.”

We kept the whole office 10 minutes late so they could do this for us. So incredibly nice and helpful! They saved our bacon big time!”

“I can't remember who helped me, but they went above and beyond.
I was never taught how to write or authorize a check and I've never had to before. My new job issued a Wisely card for my first pay period so I had to write a check to myself to withdraw that money.
I was having a terrible morning, my usual key location was closed so I had to drive to this one which made me late to work, but I had to pay bills asap. The first guy I talked to looked at my Wisely paperwork and didn't waste time, he admitted his colleague would be able to help me more than he could. And I really appreciate that honesty.
I was on the phone with Wisley for ages trying to get the check authorized and they kept asking me for things I didn't have or know.
The second KeyBank guy that helped me, helped me fill out that check and handled me with grace and care while I was crying and frustrated by everything happening that day.
I appreciate your attentiveness very much. Yes I'm an adult, but I have mental health issues that I can't always handle solo. But it's people like you that make this world safer for everyone, especially those with mental health and overall life problems.”

“I need to take the time to praise Ivan Fizov! From the get go he made it such a welcoming experience; I went in with multiple account issues and needed a complicated withdrawal done. Ivan took care of it and more. He was able to show me great features on the app and even went as far to go in depth with some of the best account features i wouldn’t have any direction in. Ivan is extremely knowledgeable and personable! Key bank needs to recognize their private client banker because Ivan is truly awesome! Stop In and ask for Ivan!”

“The Chase Bank in Littleton on Remington has, by far, the best staff of any bank around. They care about building relationships and the trust of their clients. Pritesh has taken time in the last year to call me at least 3 times to see how I'm doing and if I have any banking questions or needs. I have never had a bank do that. He asks about my family and when I told him my daughter had a serious medical condition that was just diagnosed, I felt like he genuinely cared about helping to ease the financial burden. He even went so far as to make an appointment for he and I to sit down face to face so he can help me navigate the medical finances.”

“Still consistently some of the BEST CD RATES around with a RARE no-penalty for withdrawal option! Also found the best IRA CD rate (10-mo.) after bank-shopping. Personnel are consistently friendly and knowledgeable with great phone customer service. We always feel like a known and valued customer. Elan credit card affiliate has great phone customer service and has improved their dispute functionality. Their investment affiliates are knowledgeable, understanding and can use the lay-talk so you fully understand your product(s). All in all, still a 5-star bank with great customer service, great rates and great investment advisors. Wish they had more (Northern) Colorado locations!”

I came into my local branch to see if they could help? I was there no more than 30 seconds when Avielle walked out to greet me and asked me what my problem was. While explaining my issue, the branch manager Lisa overheard, came immediately over, and within five minutes had resolved my problem. This is why we need people and branches—It’s a much better experience and was faster doing it this way. Thank you, Lisa and Avielle!”
