“I’ve been delaying on moving from my far away bank to a closer one and decided to try out a local credit union instead. I kept putting it off, but finally got around to doing it. I showed up before they closed and Greg T. stayed late to make sure I was all set up (Thank you and sorry)!
Also, I brought a check to deposit and was able to use that to start my account. Looks like the hold is removed and I can use the funds now.
Oh one more thing, they printed my debit card there and I got to choose from a list of them ( maybe most places do that, but my old bank didn’t offer this at all ).”

“I appreciate ACU for having consistently great rates and allowing loan skip a pay easily for the trying times. Customer service is typically friendly, although I had a difficult time getting kindness or professionalism while communicating with Michael Summers. I would love to handle all of my banking needs through ACU but I just don’t have the time or patience to navigate their various less than subpar softwares. Between the very busy, klunky and poor layout of their website, the very limited functionality of their mobile app, and having to pay my loan payment on a completely different third site it’s very time consuming and somehow there’s a fourth online banking portal which is the only place you can see your loan terms, balance, etc. I love the idea of the bank and the benefits but its software inconsistencies and mess have stopped me from doing further banking there.”
“I've been a member of ZING Credit Union since 1986. Back then, it was called Denver Municipal Employees Credit Union. I've always gotten 5 star service and treatment from the staff. I feel my deposits are safe with them, otherwise they'd be someplace else.If you're thinking about a credit union, check out the rates and services offered. I was never taught how to write or authorize a check and I've never had to before. My new job issued a Wisely card for my first pay period so I had to write a check to myself to withdraw that money.
I was having a terrible morning, my usual key location was closed so I had to drive to this one which made me late to work, but I had to pay bills asap. The first guy I talked to looked at my Wisely paperwork and didn't waste time, he admitted his colleague would be able to help me more than he could. And I really appreciate that honesty.
I was on the phone with Wisley for ages trying to get the check authorized and they kept asking me for things I didn't have or know.
The second KeyBank guy that helped me, helped me fill out that check and handled me with grace and care while I was crying and frustrated by everything happening that day.
I appreciate your attentiveness very much. Yes I'm an adult, but I have mental health issues that I can't always handle solo. But it's people like you that make this world safer for everyone, especially those with mental health and overall life problems.”

“The Chase Bank in Littleton on Remington has, by far, the best staff of any bank around. They care about building relationships and the trust of their clients. Pritesh has taken time in the last year to call me at least 3 times to see how I'm doing and if I have any banking questions or needs. I have never had a bank do that. He asks about my family and when I told him my daughter had a serious medical condition that was just diagnosed, I felt like he genuinely cared about helping to ease the financial burden. He even went so far as to make an appointment for he and I to sit down face to face so he can help me navigate the medical finances.”

“This Wells Fargo helped me out immensely. Ron Thomas was the banker that helped me yesterday. I was struggling with an invalid withdrawal on my account from Bellco and through multiple attempts through Bellco they were unable to assist me. I came into this store with my two children who were about ready for nap time and were quite cranky and Ron didn’t even bat an eye. He was very polite and got me a toy for them to share and keep them busy while we took care of the transaction. He was kind and courteous to my children and I making me feel like it was an acceptable environment for families. He also took care of my Bellco withdrawal problem. I couldn’t be more appreciative of Ron. Thank you! You get a gold star for how you handle customers and families. I will return to this location in the future. ✨”
