I have had pad alternators, batteries and starters-all checked for free. Replace your windshield wipers? No problem-changed for free. Need tools? You can borrow almost any tool with a deposit. People are helpful and friendly. They don't always have parts I am looking for in stock, but they can usually get what I need.”

“My first trip was what you expect from a visit to a parts counter, an associate that is knowledgeable and helpful, lAter the same day I got a younger gentleman who didn't want to be bothered to do his job. I needed the price and availability of parts and tools after the third part he said if I wasn't buying he didn't have the time to search. Mind you no one else was in the store. Last time I checked I was asking for a favor just to do what they're paying for him to do, his job! Am I wrong”

I called this O'Reilly place right after with same question, and they were helpful from the start. Decided to go to this O'Reilly instead and glad I did. It was Friday at around 8pm, and the guy that I talked to was friendly and helped me out to decide what tool I needed for my sparkplug, and I ended up buying something else. Great service”
