“I recently had a truly exceptional experience at Nylund's Collision Center, thanks to Sean and Dan. I had had a very unusual request for their help to fix a mangled rental trailer that I had damaged a few days prior and while this is certainly not something within the auto body shop's wheel house - and something Sean could have told me they weren't in a position to be able to help out with - Sean kindly offered to see what he could do to help when I called him on the phone asking for help.
Sean and his extraordinarily skilled team-member, Dan, went above and beyond to accommodate my needs first thing on a Monday morning, showing a level of selflessness, kindness, and graciousness that’s hard to find these days.
When I arrived (having never been there before) Sean was quick to greet me and they jumped into action without hesitation. Their selflessness was evident as they prioritized my situation, ensuring I felt taken care of every step of the way. Sean and Dan were incredibly considerate, immediately going out of their way to tackle the challenging job, despite it requiring multiple tools and devices (and brute labor) in order to complete the task at hand.
What struck me most was their hard work and determination, despite having no obligation whatsoever to help me out. Despite a busy schedule, they tackled my repairs with efficiency and skill, demonstrating their commitment to quality service. I left the shop feeling not just satisfied, but with an overwhelming sense of gratitude and genuine appreciation as a customer.
If you're looking for a reliable and compassionate auto body shop, I can’t recommend Nylund’s enough. Sean, Dan, and the whole team are a stellar group, and their outstanding service made my day so much brighter!

“Good morning. If you want Excellent Quality, Honest Service by a Company with Integrity, Sergio’s Auto-Body is the place. I brought my S.U.V. there after it had been Totaled for a minor Fender Bender by the Insurance company. The repairs included replacing a $1600 Rear Hatch Door, which had sustained minor damage. After determining that everything still functioned perfectly, and the only damage was a bowling bowl width 1 inch deep dent in the door, he decided to pull the dent out and paint the door, rather than replacing it, saving and pocketing Me $1600. He could have just as easily Told me he replaced the door and pocketed the $1600. Himself. I would never have known the difference. After he saved/gave me $1600 in repair costs, he found 2 new headlamps for my 21 year old vehicle. After driving the vehicle, I realized that the Headlamps were not in alignment, contacted them, and had the oversight corrected immediately. He even found me a newer fully functioning Driver Side seat for my vehicle. Again, If you want Excellent Quality, Honest Service by a Company with Integrity, Sergio’s Auto-Body is the place. He advocated and fought with the insurance company to get new OEM parts rather than after market or used parts. He kept in constant communication & the final product was amazing. John does a great job at keeping me updated on what is needed on my vehicle time to time. He is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. “I went in for an estimate. I did not have to make an appointment. The staff it's so friendly and genuine. They gave me an estimate timely and I feel very confident that they would do good work. “There is so few times that a note left on your car leads to a good time. However, when I left park meadows to a sticky note on my car. I somehow found a great company. Rob saw my car damaged by hail, and left a note. I was so unbelievably confused, but I am always open minded.
Figured based on other reviews, it'd be a good process. However, when I went in there I got told 3 weeks minimum, I was like oh boy a I get a crappy rental for 3 weeks. Nope, they over estimated. I sit here in my suv, smooth as butter, a scance 1.5 weeks later.
Every single person in that shop will treat you like family, every singe person. From the person at the door to the lead guy I talked to who does the repairs. They will take care of you.
They won't work miracles like make the poor decisions you did to your own car fixed. But the poor decisions by mother nature will be gone.
If I ever need help again, I'll go nowhere else.”

“Edit: While the below issues were frustrating, Young’s eventually got the car back to me fully detailed/cleaned and went out of their way to fix an issue that wasn’t in the initial scope. More proactive communication and updates without me having to call for them would have been great, but overall they did a pretty good job.
Initial post:
Took my car here for a very basic repair after a small accident. Initially diagnosed with needing a tie rod replaced, some basic body work, and an alignment. After having it for over a week they called and said they missed that the steering rack needed to be replaced, that they couldn't find one in the entire country, and they couldn't say when it would be done. Once I got angry and pushed back, they miraculously found multiple. Still took another week before one was ordered and another week before it arrived. And here we are a week since it arrived and work still hasn't begun to install it - WHEN I WAS INITIALLY TOLD IT WOULD BE DONE TOMORROW.
I have had to call to get almost every update, very little proactive communication.
It will be six weeks from the time of the accident to the time I get my car back for a tie rod, steering rack, and basic body work. Meanwhile, I've been paying $30/ day for a rental car.
I'd strongly suggest finding another body shop.”

“So far so good. I have not completed my purchase yet, I will update as needed. I spoke with one partner earlier and asked if I could look at it. He was busy in the mountains, but gave me an address. When he asked when I'm coming, I told him today because I live up the street. By the time I got there his partner had the vehicle pulled from the lot, and out front ready for me to look at it. The gentlemen threw me some keys and joined me in an initial inspection. He had me drive it around a moment. I came back, said that's it. I called the first guy I talked to, he said he'll go get emissions on it Monday, and pulled the advertisement down for me because I want it. So far so good! I'll update everyone as I go through the process!”
