“The hail repair itself was absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend them for that. However, they couldn't match the satin black color my hood was so they asked if it could be wrapped instead. That in itself is no issue. The company they used for the vinyl wrap didn't do a very good job. They damaged my air intake bezel and the wrap has started to lift around it and it's been 8 months.”

The day I dropped off, an older gentleman was giving the front office gal a really hard time about having a full tank of gas. She never lost her cool. Jamie was great at giving me updates bi-weekly even if it wasn't the news I wanted. She was great at explaining all that was happening and the hold ups. On the day I was supposed to pick up, we had an insurance hiccup. Conner went above and beyond to help figure it out and get me back in my vehicle. I would definitely use them again. Brendan was amazing following up giving reports on progress it was with them i think 3 weeks total 10 days of waiting for the insurance company to come out and reevaluate original quote done by someone else. Three parts are on back order when they come in Brendon said he would pick up car and install and bring car back. “I decided to try this place out based on people’s experiences. I brought my car in yesterday as I had a decently sized set of scratches on my bumper. Michael greeted me and assessed the scratches. He applied a solution to the scratches and the next thing that happened was simply unbelievable. Whatever magic solution he used immediately removed those scratches from my bumper! It was amazing! I am still astonished and am thankful I brought my car here! Michael was very down to earth, respectful and kind. “For a 2007 vehicle with some hail damage, chipped paint near the front and prior minor body work, the vehicle looks great! My only issue is that there were 2 spots (passenger side rear door and driver's side front fender) that appeared to be wrinkles in the paint where, for whatever reason, the paint did not like the prep. Could be due to something that caused the paint to react - I don't know. The Maaco counter rep (Jesus) explained that it was due to the panel underneath, but these two spots where the paint appears wrinkled did not exist prior to the work. Additionally, the two rear-view mirrors were not painted, nor do they appear to have been buffed out in an attempt to match the paint job.Nonetheless, we are happy with the work done and the money saved over the usual fare of $4,000 - $8,000 quotes in the marketplace.”
