“I've been here twice so far. So far, from what I've experienced personally, they're doing a very good job. They may seem curt but they are not rude. They have to handle a lot of folks, a lot of calls, and a lot of calls. They handle their business as best they can. One testament to their professionalism is their handling of my own meltdown of sorts. This business is frustrating... and today was one of those days I let it get to me... But the folks here handled things professionally and were able to help me through the situation I had with the vehicle.In regards to the phone situation, so far they've been better than some other Hertz places I've had to deal with that cater to the 'ride share' workers.Even in a 'vacuum'... not comparing to other locations like this... I feel they do a pretty dang good job with what they have to work with.”
“This group of people at this location are so hard-working and kind I cannot recommend them enough. I am a Uber driver who rents a vehicle to do such. This is the main location who service and take care of cars for uber. I was renting from hertz off Broadway and over there is always a mess and it takes all day to get help. Here I can come in and get taking car4e of much quick. Whether it is Clara, Stacy, the owner or his wife they treat you right and are a honest business. Also a shout out to the stoic gentleman who services the cars. He seems scary at times, but that is just because he focused on working the cars and is extremely talented and knowledgeable at working on vehicles. He is the zone! Don't worry, he doesn't bite! Check out this place next time you need a rental car!!!”
