“I have a large HD pickup and the dryers always fail to get the tailgate and rear window. I always hand dry anyhow so not a big deal. Good value for the monthly subscription vs individual washes. I like to keep my truck clean and Tommy’s delivers”

“I drive for Lyft and this is the nicest, most affordable wash on this side of town. Take it from a guy who washes his car at least twice a week, the automatic car wash is great bang for your buck. You can really feel the power when the jets hit your car, and they don't skimp on the soap. It has wheel washers and a contour dryer that dries your car before you exit, so your not having to rush your dry when there is someone behind you. I'm also a fan of the dog wash. It is always clean when I go in and it's great to not have to wash your dogs at home and deal with the mess. My dogs smell all nice and fruity for a week after they get bathed! All in all, the grounds are well kept and it's a great value for what you get.”

“Bears does a great job of getting the exterior and interior of my truck clean. I usually get the full detail, and the truck is spotless inside and out. Sometimes, they put a little too much tire shine on, and then it shoots up the sides of the truck when I start driving, but that's the only complaint I had.”

“We love Autowash. We go very frequently to keep our vehicles looking brand new. One suggestion I would make is, during the cold season locations are closed if the temp is consistently below 20 degrees. However, there is no knowing whether it has actually reopened when the temp reaches above 20 degrees. I drive a distance to use this specific car wash membership, but yesterday when it was above 20, I drove all the way there and they were closed. If there was a place on the mobile app that updated customers on when the automatic washes are open and closed due to weather, that would make things 10x better.”

“Hats off to Shawn, an associate at Phillips 66 who helped me with the air machine today1 My tire was flat, and after 3 attempts using the air machine, it wasn't working. Shawn was so nice, he put his own credit card in the machine and somehow got it to work ! He filled up my flat tire, and would let me pay him back for the cost. What a wonderful employee you have in Shawn Phillips 66. I am so very appreciative of his help and concern.”

“Super clean stalls, prices are reasonable, and as a bonus they play classic rock in the wash stalls. It's just at the perfect volume too, you can hear it, but it's not annoying. I haven't used the auto wash, my truck doesn't fit, so I can't speak to that. I would give it 5 stars, but I don't see anything stating that their chemicals are eco friendly”
