“4.5 stars overall. Best touchless car wash I've used. Good wash with sufficient drying. Pricing is competitive with other automatic wash washes. After a 3rd use I needed to vacuum the car arter a trip to the mountains. However the auto-wash lacks vacuum stations - those are only available for the manual wash bays. Well there is 1 coin operated vacuum.”

“This is an edit to my original review. I like this car wash. Self serve bays are great, auto wash is touchless and I like that. The membership app was great and then some updates are going on to make it better, waiting to see that. Customer service wasn’t instant but I was impressed that my issue was resolved the next morning.
Was a good place to have a membership, I enjoyed washing my vehicle here. As soon as I needed to scan a QR code to check in to use my membership it became trash and didn’t work. No way to get support to fix the issue. Could change my review if issue is resolved quickly but as of writing. App has become hot garbage that doesn’t work….”
“Great car wash. The automated wash works fantastic washes very well. I did have a minor issue at one point. I texted the number that is posted at the wash, and they reached out immediately to resolve the issue. The customer service I received was top-notch. The issue was resolved in a very exceptable way. Will definitely keep going back to this car wash.”
“Tommy's Always has very friendly staff. I do love the mat cleaner... great wash. however, their competitors offer complimentary window spray and interior spray and rags. No extra charge. That is the only thing holding me back from doing monthly membership.”
“Love this wash. Very affordable unlimited packages, and family unlimited packages. The only qualm I have is they don't offer free use of any detail products. Only free vacuums and microfiber towels.”
“No touch self-serve. Works good for getting off light dirt and dusty residue from after rain, but there's no brushes so not sure how well it would work if you had a lot of bug splats or other issues that usually require a little scrubbing.”

“Nice facility I like the auto washes and the self wash but if you pay for the service very rarely will you find all the auto wash bays working. If it has two bays one will be broken if has three days one will be broken. I find this at the ones I use about 80 to 90% of the time.”

“For the basic $10.00 wash it is the only local place that offers this price PLUS a free air dry. The blue microfiber clothes always make my vehicles spotless and I can detail everything for no charge myself. Compared to some Take 5's the towels are always clean and do not leave streaks. The vacuums are a hit or miss. My favorite discount car wash.”

“Stopped for gas at this location today. It was early and only 15 degrees outside. Pulled up to the first pump did the whole credit card/ zip code thing. Put the pump in my car and then realized the area to hit the “begin pump” button was on was peeling back. There was no way to begin pumping. I ran inside asked the clerk if I could just pay inside, she said just move to another pump, my card wasn’t changed. So I ran back out moved pumps did the whole credit card/ zip code freezing song and dance again. A message pops up to “see cashier”. So I go in AGAIN, at this point I’m frustrated. She says it’s prepay because of the multiple swipes at the first pump. I’m getting sassy, and this wonderful cashier kept her cool and was so kind. She offered me a free car wash. She is the only reason this is 4 stars and not 3. The car wash was not great. The blower at the end was terrible. But again the cashier was great and I appreciated her trying to make it better. The photo is all the water left after the blow dryer and car wash was complete.”

“I frequent this car wash often especially after a heavy snow to clean my 4runner. The self serve bays are nice if you have a spot you need to hit specifically and the automatic car wash for $15 is the best/longest car wash in town, highly recommend.Services: Auto detailing”
“This is a nice car wash with nice staff and average pricing. I was not particularly impressed with the wash itself though. My car was only typically soiled as is standard after being driven on roads after a snow fall, but the machine didnt get my roof clean, so I asked to go through a second time for free, which they granted, and the roof still wasnt clean. These photos show a section of my cars roof after the 2nd wash in a row, before and after I wiped it with a rag so you can see the difference. Thankfully they do offer cleaning rags free of charge so I was able to detail all the spots the machine missed afterward. Over all its a good business with good people running it, and my car did end up clean, but the actual machine was less than impressive, and i did end up putting more labor into it than i expected to have to.”

“My last stop before relocating across the country was Vic's Express Car Wash. Prices are good for the quality of the wash, and they provide towels for drying your car and washing windows. The thing that kept me coming back to this place is the vacuums; you can use them as long as you'd like after your wash and are the best vacuums in the area. (Shout out to Ernesto for the help last time I was in.)”
