“My daughter has been training with Abbey for the past six months at Arsenal DTC. She absolutely loves it. Her swimming has significantly improved ! My daughter has found a love for all things fitness. She is currently training for a Young-Stars Hyrox in December. Abbey is incredibly knowledgeable in training a young athlete and my daughter looks forward to her sessions. I also take classes at Arsenal. All of the coaches are encouraging and supportive. I’m super new to the CrossFit world. Arsenal coaches have been super welcoming and the workouts are only minimally intimidating. :) From my daughter: “Training has made me a better swimmer. I love leaning how to use a barbell and all of the equipment. Abbey creates tough workouts but they are always fun. She helps me with my form and technique so that I’m doing it right and I won’t get penalties in Hyrox. Arsenal is really great, especially the GHD machine! I can’t wait to take a class with my mom someday when I’m older.””

“There is a reason this place is 5 star. Jake… Luke… Lance? Bloody hell I forgot your name brother, but I took your group fitness class this morning. 10/10. Programming was stellar. Coach was rad. Other members were super friendly. Space is great. The gym is definitely geared towards sport performance, and I mean this positively. General fitness can fit under the umbrella of sports performance, but it can’t go the other way, at least not with quality in specialty. I didn’t sample the PT’s or recovery but as professional in this industry I would be confident coming to their PT’s based on the quality of every other aspect of this facility. If you are an athlete or your kid is (I assume they coach youth) I would 100% recommend this spot. I am a youth sports performance coach, kick boxing instructor, and personal trainer myself, and I have no problem hyping the homies at BARWIS because I believe in people finding the right place to help them excel and succeed! Thanks again for the great workout.”

I came to them knowing that i wanted to take serious steps to improve my live and begin a fitness journey what i have received in return is a really tight knit community style atmosphere where i feel welcome and safe….i never feel like im not on the same level as anyone because we do everything as a team! But it doesnt end there i feel seen as an individual they care about me as a person aside from fitness ME and the things i have going on in my life! I have mever been so charged for more life until i became apart of this gym and gained life long friends and values which i am forever grateful! If youre looking for some place to better yourself in a loving safe fun environment definitely the spot to do it!”
