“Perfect Gym (Day Pass)I was there during my road trip.It was one of the best gyms I have ever been to. Even if it is small,it’s clean and they have all the equipment you will ever need. But the best part about this gym is the stuff and the other members. They are extremely welcoming and friendly. It immediately felt like I trained there my whole life. Very motivating atmosphere.Even if i didn’t need one, I watched some of the personal trainers there and can only recommend them to everyone trying to get in shape. If I ever come back to Denver, I’ll visit it again!Stay as you are! ??Yours,Martin”

“I’ve been coming to RMS for almost 2 years. They host a variety of classes ranging to conditioning, to strength, to a mountain fitness class. These classes keep the workouts fun and engaging. You never feel like you do the same workout twice. This is a great class-based gym.”

“My wife and I have tried various locations of F45 at this point (both in and out of Colorado), and we have yet to find a great studio/location with amazing coaches like F45 Centennial East.

We LOVE Rachel and Tadd! They are amazing, encouraging, and friendly coaches who give great tips/advice with the workouts, encourage everyone to put in 100% effort, and build a community/team out of the F45 Centennial East studio.

They also make the workouts feel fun and fast!”

“Great community and very welcoming to any level of athlete. Very large space and class sizes are always manageable. Coaches have time to talk to each athlete, discuss any scaling or modifications and make sure each work out pushes you on that day. The owner (Jason) also finds ways to add a little extra. Cold plunge, sauna and a new on-site partnership for additional recovery, rehab and body maintenance. It’s a great place to make your first introduction to CrossFit, drop in from out of town or continue pushing yourself with Crossfit”

“Coach Brandon! Coach Brandon! Coach Brandon! The world needs more of these type of teachers/coaches in the world. My son has special needs but because of coach brandon he is able to fully participate in the class and looks forward to it every week. He pushes my son to do better but also is patient and upstanding. Thanks coach for everything!”

“@bodiesbykaitie This gym is great! I wish I had one closer to me in Phx, AZ. I am a personal trainer & bodybuilder from Phx, AZ. I needed a gym to use while I was in town for my sisters graduation. I used this gym for 3 days. Pull Legs Push & Cardio with the Sled & Seated Bike. I came in with the one day guest pass & Jordan and the guys were great. I just had to sign the guest waver for the 3 days even though I asked every day if I needed to buy a day pass. The facilities & equipment were all working & clean. The people in the gym were all polite & super positive as well. Great gym! Highly recommend!”

“I'll outline everything about this Gym Below ?

1. Plenty of Machines, albeit not the best machines you'll find, basically just TechnoGym and Life Fitness stuff, limited ROM and less than ideal curves across the Board, will note the quality machines below:

Squat Press
Converging Horizontal Chest Press
Iso Lateral Row
Seated Cybex Calf Extension
Seated Dip

2. Tons of Squat Rack and Benches

3. Has every cardio piece you can imagine. Fan Bikes, Self Propelled Treadmills, Steppers, Ski Erg, etc.

4. Great Co-Ed Sauna which is usually above 175°F

5. Cold Plunge which isn't really a Plunge as it's like 50°F

6. Friendly Front Desk Staff, Trainers seem nice enough, they don't tend to horde equipment like at other LT locations.

7. Generally Clean

8. Not overally busy outside of the 3-6Pm time slot, but even then it's just people using Cables and Racks, most people are afraid of machines or something at this Location?

Overall I think Lifetime is a pretty fair value if you value your time and cleanliness of the Gym, blows away other corporate offerings, but missing some equipment imo.”
