The management team, led by Teresa Leeper, is very professional, helpful, super friendly and takes pride in maintaining their facility and offering good customer service. They also have platform trucks available for you to use to move your storage items from your car or truck to your storage unit, and vice versa. You can not go wrong choosing A Storage Place for your storage needs.”
“Michelle was super helpful and great at getting me set up for my 5x10 unit so I could stage my condo and hold extra items somewhere while my condo is on the market. She made sure I had a unit by the car entrance and ensured I knew how to open and close my unit as well as show me the car access. Highly recommend!”

“Jerrod was the friendliest and most helpful face we have met in a long time. We are newbies to RVING and we were worried about dumping and filling water tanks for the first time. We were greatful that we were able to come with convenient business hours. Jarrod also told us about beautiful well kept lot where other RVS are stored. Reasonable prices and property manager lives on site. Always ensuring safe storage. Great guy great place!”

“Just moved in with Extra space. The units are a great size and the facility is clean. The only feed back I have is Extra Space Storage should invest in a few more moving carts. The storage place we moved into only has 3 moving carts that I could see. We walked up and down all the halls on both sides of the building and only saw the 3 carts that were is use at the time. We had to hand carry most of our stuff until a cart became available.”
“We got a Smartbox some time ago for a remodel project and then I got sick for a long time and everything went on hold. Smartbox was supportive and helpful as we needed to keep the box for an extended time. We finally finished this week.Stephen from Bailey Moving and Storage just picked up the Smartbox, maneuvering our narrow road, and narrower, hilly driveway - WITHOUT bumping my favorite evergreen tree!? a bit of a feat. Thank you!!!!!Will definitely use again if needed.”

“Great customer service but they are a little overboard on their security measures. Checking the truck back in, afterhours, you are forced to take about 15 pictures, of every specific part of the truck along with written info you must provide.
This takes only 20 minutes, but after a full day of moving, this is an annoyance, when you thought you could finally go home!
They have surveillance cameras everywhere so your car will be safe while you leave it parked there at least.
