“Wow, what an upgrade from Public Storage! This place is clean and everything works! I went to see my unit on my own. It was very easy to just pop it open check it out. The lightbulb worked everything was in great repair. There was a dolly cart on each end of the building. I walked into the office to introduce myself to the property manager. I was amazed it smelled and looked like the maid service just left. The property manager is sweet, kind and honest. We talked about why I was getting a storage unit and that I was moving over from public storage It’s like night and day between the two companies! Idgaf about their move in for a dollar for the 1st month. Those guys jacked up my rent by $150 the third month in. They had some homeless people hanging out in a car inside of their storage place and they body blocked me into my unit while I was by myself. I will never again use public storage. This place is nice! No homeless people living in the units.”
“Went in yesterday to finalize a unit i got and the manager was hands down one of the most helpful and friendly dudes ive had the pleasure of doing business with. Everything was quick and streamlined and I had my unit set up within minutes.”

“I did rent a Storage unit in, 6001 W. Mississippi Ave, Lakewood, CO 80226. These units are very, very clean and well maintained by staff. Also, I had few questions about the units, the billing, and about the Customer Service. A customer service representative from the property by the name, Alex went extra mile to go above and beyond. Alex, answer to all my questions like a pro, showed me around the property and make sure that I understood everything before I sign the contract.

“The process of getting a storage unit was great, very simple online application process, access code was texted to me promptly, move-in was very easy. My only suggestion would be to have a map with the building and unit numbers to make it easier to locate unit for the first time.”

“Got a hitch installed on my Forester here. The manager and hitch pro in this shop were fantastic. Special shout out to the hitch pro (who's name I didn't catch, but he's a tall younger guy with glasses) he went above and beyond in helping me make sure everything was good with installation. You can tell he really knows his stuff and takes a lot of pride in his work.”

“Will definitely like to spotlight Mr. Isaac for the best customer service I’ve seen at any U-Haul station! He really made my rental easy and flexible on a day where it could have been harder and busier for me. He was the only person working there today but still managed to have a positive attitude and take care of all of the customers! Very attentive and efficient. Highly recommend this location. Five star service and Isaac was a huge part of that!”
“Had a great experience with Russell, he met me here at my scheduled appointment Time, answered all my questions, Walked me through the unit and helped me with the sign up process! I wanted to update this post I had a issue with my account and reached out to Hanna she was there to answer all of my questions promptly fixed issue I was having with my account she went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy you should definitely give that young lady a raise and a promotion!!!”
“I called the Uhaul customer service line because I do not have time to call each location to see which location has the pieces to install a hitch and also be able to do the correct wiring harness. The customer service lady gave me the Uhaul on the opposite side of town that had the correct pieces and could install the same day. Well I get over there to find out that they do have the correct pieces but the installation guy is out sick and the owner Dala does not know when he will return to reschedule. So I bought the pieces. At least I had the pieces and she nicely loaded them up for to me to take home. Ultimately, I feel like I should of been angry because services were not rendered. However the way the owner treated me and explained the situation truthfully being Memorial Day weekend to wreck my plans because her guy wanted an extra day off is really unacceptable. But Dala was exceptional giving me other options that another location can put it on for me. I'm going to go ahead and give Dala and this location 5 stars because at no time did she ever give me attitude or a problem. She had apologized and it is was it is. Thank goodness I did find another location to put it on but at least this location provided half of the project. I would still go back there to rent a truck or buy any type of moving necessities.”

“The front desk attendant Rebecca was prolly the MOST helpful, polite, down to earth customer service attendant I've had in a very long time, if not ever. Everything I wondered was answered, quick and efficiently, (& super nicely) she's very informative with the information she shares. She listened to my needs and gave me perfect recommendations. She listens. (Which is rare) Not only that we got to be able to talk on personal levels. Which is refreshing and super nice it's not just a transaction. Feels like she really cares. 10/10 would recommend. Give that woman a raise.
THE BUILDING NEEDS EXIT SIGNS, for two days I was driving back and forth trying to get the entrance gate to feel or see my car, clearly never did so I got out of my car... Ran through the gare, put my code in on the entrance post, & ran to my car to get out before it closed. Didn't know there were separate exits/entrances. (Untill Rebecca told me!) Than later that night another driver was about to do the same thing, I stoped them and told them and they laugh cuz theyve been doing the same thing for the past two days also.”
“Check-in and moving into the unit was seamless. Public Storage has their facility updated to make entering the property hands off (app verification) and making your belonging secure (code to enter building). For the price, I would pay twice as much for the service I have received.”
“The ladies there are awesome. Even though there are maybe 4 places closer, I can literally walk to one from my house, I go to these ladies. They are always courteous, speedy, and they know their stuff!! 10-out-of-10, would recommend!!”
“We had to drop off a one way truck rental and Itzel G. was the team member who checked us in. After a long drive, Itzel was just what I needed! She was so pleasant, checked in our equipment quickly and thoroughly and we were good to go. TY Itzel!”
“Excellent experience. Store is well stocked and organized with all needed moving supplies and lots of box options (including all inclusive kits with various packing supplies, box sizes, and tape). The staff is knowledgeable and helpful in providing excellent advice. The vehicle rental was highly efficient, easy, and quick check out and check in. Dylan helped with my vehicle rental. He was very efficient and explained everything in detail including mileage and gas/fueling policy (he was very clear about how it all works and the importance of ensuring the vehicle is returned with the same fuel level to avoid additional charges.) Returning the vehicle was very easy, completed in under 5 minutes. (Check out took 10 minutes tops). Vehicle was clean and well maintained. Naturally, the $19.95 rental is the base rate and does not include all the taxes, fees, mileage rate or the pretty much required insurance. The rate is closer to $35 to $40 a day (depending on mileage it could be more). It is still a great deal and the service was amazing. Highly recommend this location. Dylan and his team are amazing, efficient and kind. We will definitely use them again.”
