Pretty convenient in my opinion. The place is neat too so I would recommend and come again if I need a storage unit!”

“Tony is AWESOME. He secured us a storage unit that fit our needs, and he was so helpful, clear, and kind throughout the process. Definitely went above and beyond. Really appreciate working with him!Only reason for one less star is an original system mix-up; I had signed a lease for an outside drive-up unit (necessary for motorcycle storage without draining the tank), but I believe it was incorrectly coded/labeled in the system, so the process took slightly longer than anticipated to secure the correct unit. However, as mentioned above, Tony immediately helped us navigate the issue and got us into an outside drive-up unit in less than a week AND made sure we were happy with it.I believe they fixed the issue in the system, but just wanted to share with any potential customers to double check that the unit is an outside drive-up if you need one.”

“I called the Uhaul customer service line because I do not have time to call each location to see which location has the pieces to install a hitch and also be able to do the correct wiring harness. The customer service lady gave me the Uhaul on the opposite side of town that had the correct pieces and could install the same day. Well I get over there to find out that they do have the correct pieces but the installation guy is out sick and the owner Dala does not know when he will return to reschedule. So I bought the pieces. At least I had the pieces and she nicely loaded them up for to me to take home. Ultimately, I feel like I should of been angry because services were not rendered. However the way the owner treated me and explained the situation truthfully being Memorial Day weekend to wreck my plans because her guy wanted an extra day off is really unacceptable. But Dala was exceptional giving me other options that another location can put it on for me. I'm going to go ahead and give Dala and this location 5 stars because at no time did she ever give me attitude or a problem. She had apologized and it is was it is. Thank goodness I did find another location to put it on but at least this location provided half of the project. I would still go back there to rent a truck or buy any type of moving necessities.”

While I was in there some one that hadn't paid their bill was furious and screaming when I tried to intervene she respectfully told me to let her handle it. And wow did she!! Had them calm and understanding the situation in less than a couple minutes. Gave me great confidence that if any issues arise I will be well taken care of. She has amazing communication and problem solving skills.”

“Our truck rental advertised as $19.95 a day ended up costing us $51.00 for 6 hours. And we had to pay for our own gas making the total out-of-pocket $61. We drove 17 miles total+. These costs were disclosed but advertising is deceptive. My friend had difficulty understanding. It's a lot to take in.”
