“The customer service folks were so helpful after my own dumb mistake. Long story short, I bought a whole cart overflowing with items for my new place & somehow left an entire duvet set at the bottom (in cart return next to my car). I went home to put away & assemble all my other items. It took me hours to realize before calling in. Nice guy told me there was no sign of it & asked if I'd like to leave my name & number in case it did. I called once more the next day and was told there'd been no sign of it, presumed stolen. Then, the customer service rep asked me to wait while he checked with his manager, unprompted. She informed me if I brought my original receipt & card in store, they could give me a refund. So, that's what I did, thanked them profusely, and bought a replacement immediately. Very nice and helpful staff consistently!”

“This place can get super crowded and sometimes the produce is iffy, but it's a great store. The staff are some of the most delightful and kind people I have ever met in my life. Sometimes the only people who are nice to me in a day are Target staff at this location, so it's just pretty much my favorite place in all of Longmont to shop.”

“I’ve been in more than a few targets, and for some reason this store is ran very well as well as stocked very well. The employees are nice and it is extremely clean. Overall, I’m not a huge fan of targets, but this one is definitely worth going to. Expect more pay more that should be their motto change!”

“The two older gentlemen who work here are great. Very cordial, very fast, and always on top of things. One of the younger kids who works here (I believe he is Indian) is not so great. He doesn't honor the posted discounts and when asked to correct the prices he just says "No, I don't care" and won't even go an check the tags. Very disappointing. When he is on shift, don't expect to get anything on sale unless you want to pay full price.”

“This is a small store with a wide selection of merchandise. They have several aisles of packaged snacks and a wall of cold drinks, as you would expect. They also have a fairly large frozen section (Hot Pockets, etc.), some fresh uncooked pizzas, some hot grill items, and a good selection of sandwiches. They have a good selection of household remedies and some auto supplies. They carry Conoco gasoline, and you can use a Conoco credit card to buy items inside the store.”

“I am so excited for our local Target to be up and running. Some of the staff here are so consistent that we now know them by face. I specifically will go to people at the check out just to say hi and see how they are doing. I have made a lot of my dream purchases here and have saved some of them specifically for this location to support the store manager and this clean, organized, and sufficient store. Some of our best dinners have come from the grab and go dinner bags, the special offers at the end of the isles. and as a sensitive eater we get plenty of exciting options to participate normally in life with . “It looks like there is only 1 recent review so here is mine.I have been going to this store regularly since 2019 and it's 2022. I want to say the customer service has only gotten better. This store may not always have a large range of grill items or warm food but it is my favorite place to go get a drink, ice cream or candy for me and my family. When there is a line the 2nd person ALWAYS opens another register. They are nice to me when I come in dressed up, in nasty painting clothes or honestly even my jammies early in the mornings. I've dealt with several employees but there is a girl with silver hair who is maybe around 28 or so and she is super kind and has great customer service. Even when my kids over fill their slurpee cups and make a mess they are nice.If your looking for the freshest doughnuts or warm hot dogs or mini tacos this is not your 7-11 but if your looking for a cold soda and kind people to help you this is your place.”
