“Shopping in the store was great. I wasn't bombarded by sales staff .. I was able to leisurely walk through and look at my own speed. Then when I was ready the sales people were more than ready to take my order. The delivery went off without a hitch but the recliner was damaged. Customer Service was so pleasant and more than willing to help .. they swapped out the recliner with a new one and took the damaged recliner away. My experience with American Furniture was wonderful and I will definitely recommend it to everyone.”

“I recently purchased a beautiful Stressless leather ottoman at Danish Furniture Colorado in Longmont. It took a long time for me to make a decision, but Becky was very patient, knowledgeable, and kind, not at all pushy, and was ready to take my order when I was comfortable with the purchase. When it was delivered from Norway, I brought it home and noticed that a section of the leather on the side seemed a little darker than the rest and it felt tacky to the touch. I brought it back to the store where Becky and Samantha examined it closely and agreed that something was just not right. Becky offered to order a new upholstered leather top to replace it. The second top arrived and it is in fine shape. I really appreciate Becky's offer to replace the top. It demonstrated to me the willingness of the business to accommodate its customers. This ottoman really is gorgeous. It is made with Stressless' top-of-the-line leather called Noblesse. It's the softest most supple leather I've ever felt and worth the price, IMO. If you're thinking of purchasing Stressless leather furniture, I'd urge you to save up a bit more so that you can buy their Noblesse leather. It is so luxurious! And, I'm delighted that Danish Furniture Colorado is here in Longmont and that Becky and Samantha are so willing to go the extra mile to please their customers!”

“I had never visited indosine before and stopped in today for the first time. I was so excited to find a generous sale on the large outdoor pots, which is what I was originally looking for. And was able to find a beautiful piece in colors that match our home to replace one that broke.I didn't realize how much beautiful furniture, clothing, jewelry and scarves they had indoors as well. Some absolutely stunning pieces. That would be the centerpieces of any elegant room, dining areas or living rooms included. It was a feast for the eyes and I thoroughly enjoyed wandering the shop and ended up adding a couple of decorative indoor items to my outdoor purchase as well.The staff were delightful and very helpful, including providing help loading the large pot into my car. , Even if you have to travel some distance to come and check out all of the interesting items for indoors and outdoors at Indochine.”

“WOW. I didn't know service like this still existed and I am blown away by my experience buying a couch at Woodley's. Felicia and her manager Sean went above and beyond and then some helping us find the perfect leather sectional with back support that isn't ugly - not an easy feat! The amount of work they did to find us the right couch at the right price and walk us through everything we need to know before such an expensive purchase was phenomenal. Felicia was in constant contact with us through the process and nailed it even though she had just started the job! We will 100% go back for other purchases, though we except our new couch will last a lifetime :)”

“I've used a standing desk from Caribou Office since November 2020. I have to say, the quality is excellent, the customer service is top notch, and I am extremely satisfied with the purchase. I was a little hesitant purchasing from them at first because they didn't have many reviews at the time, but I scheduled a time to go in and look at their desks and all my worries went away. First, you're supporting a local business with your purchase. Second, you're buying the exact same, if not better, quality as many of those companies online at a fraction of the cost. Third, they'll deliver it for you for free (if you're local!).The only downside is that you do have to drill the holes yourself if you set it up yourself. It took me about 90 minutes to line everything up and feel comfortable that I was doing it correctly. They will do set-up for a small-ish fee though.Altogether, a great experience and I'd recommend a stand-up desk from them!”
