“I initially spent nearly two hours on the phone with customer support trying to get our phones activated, but unfortunately the issue couldn't be resolved. After work, we decided to visit a T-Mobile store instead, and we're so glad we did. Guilly was incredibly helpful and made the entire process seamless. He quickly ported both of our phone numbers from our previous carrier, activated our phones without any issues, and had us up and running in no time. His professionalism and efficiency completely turned the experience around and made an excellent first impression as new T-Mobile customers. He is a great asset to your team.”

He was incredibly knowledgeable and informative, took the time to explain the different plans, bundles, and phone options, and helped us figure out exactly what would work best for our family. “We've had really good experiences with LPC checking our utility post and making repairs quickly. We had lights flickering a few months after some big electrical work with a licensed electrician. He came to check on everything and the work in the house looked good and he recommended we call the power company
They were very responsive. It turned out there was arching inside the utility post (our meter, etc is in our utility post rather than attached to the house.) They fixed it quickly and were very helpful and polite, reminding us to call if ever there's a concern. They're always responsive and efficient with power outages. And we appreciated the recent city email explaining how LPC is doing work to help prevent power outages and fire prevention with the climate changes and fire weather threats increasing. In regards to maintenance and repairs we've found them polite, knowledgeable and efficient.”
