    Don’t bother calling in just go in. The call center is full of people who hate their job, I just got hung up on after waiting 30 minutes on hold for asking to speak with someone else who could give me information about how to get checks. That actual branch is nice though.

    We’re so glad we now have a branch close to us. All the tellers and the branch manager are super! Everything has gone smoothly ever time I have gone in. Our only concern is the ATM. It doesn’t have as many bill choices as other ones we have used. Again though we are VERY glad we now have a branch in Erie.
