Well today I had been asked numerous times questions about an old card. This card was with the Elevations credit.I don't appreciate being asked the same question multiple times by the same bank.

The folks who work there are super, always very helpful. My experience solving a problem at the Baseline branch was totally super. the robot answering system not so great
