“What a wonderful place to bank! I went in this morning to open a power checking account and both the wonderful woman at the front desk and Daniel were so very kind and patient. Daniel explained everything in great detail but never once made me feel like he was “mansplaining” banking to me - which I experience a lot as a young woman! I cannot recommend this bank and branch enough! Thank you for what you do! 🐕🐱”

Everytime, I’ve needed anything when ai call or email her and no matter how small or large my request she’s been there to assist me without any hesitation. “I just had occasion to need notarial service for some documents of mine. I was assigned to Moriah Englert, a banker at the Louisville branch of Elevations. Despite the relative complexity of my documents, Moriah Englert was patient and professional. She assured me that it was okay to review (twice) the documents to ensure the dates and notarial stamps were on the right pages. Then she assured me that if there was a problem we missed that I could return to make a correction. I greatly appreciated her professional and friendly comportment throughout our interaction. Whether intentional or not, Moriah Englert is a great ambassador for the brand of Elevations Credit Union. She's a keeper. I'm glad she is there. Thanks!!!”

“I just got a loan through Canvas and wanted to set up a checking account so I could use direct deposit to pay the loan (which saves an extra .25% on the APR). The teller that helped was very helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I was in and out in 15 minutes and even got my debit card onsite.”
“They have always helped me with my financial needs. This credit union (Thornton branch) have 2 great managers (Brandee & Janessa) ready to help. All of their tellers have been good to me as well. I have been a member of this credit union since 1979 (47 years).”

“I applied for a loan to refinance my car online. I got a pre-approval the next day and closed on the loan in 4 days. My rate went down from 7.5% to 5.34% saving us $340 a month. The process was easy and seamless.
I came in to the branch on 136th ave and met with Patty. Patty was ready for me when I came in and the whole process took 25 mins. She then reviewed my account and helped me open a high interest money account.
I felt so listened to and taken care of.

“I rarely post reviews, but I feel compelled to call attention to the truly amazing staff at Lafayette's branch of Elevations CU. We just returned to the US from 2-year overseas, and had to re-create our life in Louisville. ECU, and particularly Victoria, have been stellar in getting our feet back under our desk financially. Literally every time I've gone to the branch or called in, I feel like I'm the only person in the building, even though everyone else is being served equally well. Kudos to Victoria and the entire staff. That absolutely ROCK!”

“I have had an Elevations account for many years, probably more than 10. It is by far my best banking experience in 40 years. While I use the Boulder branches because I work there, my favorite branch is this one in Longmont. The lobby is so inviting, and the staff are always friendly and far exceed expectations. I have found Elevations to be a great overall credit union and financial institution. I also love that you can get a mix of $10s, $20s, and $50s at their ATM machines for those times when you still need cash.”
“I just wanted to take a moment to send a big shout out to Cristyl Ghesquiere at the Longmont branch. She helped me set up a new account, and was so nice during the whole process. She treated me kindly on top of being extremely efficient. I wish I could deal or interact with her everyday.Also, there was a really nice and friendly teller at the Bel Mar branch with the Broncos shirt and cold necklaces. I didn’t catch her name but should have. Just a few minutes in her presence really put me in a great mood that carried throughout the day. Props to Bellco for just hiring good people.”
