They go above and beyond to instantly makes you feel at home. While I didn't catch everyone's name on each of my visits (my fault), Robert is a beacon of hospitality. “Quite an extensive gift shop with everything you'd expect and two levels! If you're planning on going to the restaurant, go to the gift shop first because your receipt gets you 15% off in the restaurant and I didn't know that beforehand. Restaurant is like a diner but nicely decorated and a wonderful view out the window. Was very decent before entering the park. Clean and extensive bathrooms.”

“We stop here not for gas (I drive an EV) but for the little Deli/market and gift shop inside plus they have charging stations in the parking lot. We stop here often since they have everything we need!”

“The selection is limited but great for small odds and ends you might need. It's way better than fighting the crowds at Safeway for a bag of flour or a bottle of aspirin. I come here just about everytime I visit for something. Seems like the same guy is always at the register and he's super nice to kids and pretty funny if you chat him up a bit.”
“Nice grocery with a surprisingly good selection on the opposite side of Estes Park from Safeway. I have found things here that Safeway was out of. The sandwiches are a very good quality and it's nice to have something that is an alternative to the latge and crowded Safeway.”
