“I had a fantastic experience at Greeley West Auto Repair today. I had been told by a local dealership that I needed an engine repair that was going to cost over $4800 on my 15-year-old Toyota Prius. This was due to having to remove the engine and that I would be better off selling the vehicle for salvage rather than getting it fixed. I called around town for some lower repair estimates. When I called GWAR and spoke to John, he invited me to come in for a courtesy inspection. He said that he seriously doubted that my vehicle needed what the dealership was indicating (in a written estimate). Sure enough, once John and his team put the vehicle on their lift, they quickly diagnosed that the issue was due to a faulty $35 part. They got the new part, fixed the vehicle, and I was out of the shop within 45 minutes with a total bill of $80. They saved me thousands! In my 35 years of experience with auto repair establishments in Greeley it has been rare to find someone as knowledgeable, honest, and helpful as John and his Team. They will definitely be my go-to auto repair place going forward.”

“Im not from Colorado or Greeley and was traveling through. I stayed the night and the next morning I went to start my truck and nothing. I had my truck towed to the local Ford house on Saturday. I have new Ford F250 Tremor will 20K miles on it. The team here at Ken Garff got it in on Monday to diagnose it and they found the issue right away, my fuse bank got some water inside of it causing it to short out. They ordered the part it came in late Tuesday and I had my truck back on Wednesday morning and was back on the road with little down time. In today's world time is money and Ken Garff Ford realizes that with all their customers. I really like the service I received here at Ken Garff Ford and would like to suggest to everyone that needs their Ford serviced or looking to purchase a new vehicle to come by and see Tysen (General Manager) or Ron (Service Manager) and let them help you in the professional way they helped me. “Flew in from Cincinnati to look at a car. John with them was very honest about the car. I knew there was some surface rust in the car, and the power steering pump was leaking. I was okay with the car as is; however, when I got there, the surface rust was removed and fixed, and the power steering pump was being fixed. I ended up buying the car and having it shipped. John set up the shipping and kept me in the know the entire time. The car is home in my garage, and I couldn’t be happier. I would definitely recommend Conquest Classic Cars and John especially.”
