The team has worked on our bikes a handful of times over the past 3 years, every time they complete the work multiple days ahead of anticapated ready date. They most recently installed a new dropper and bottom bracket, the labor was anticipated to take 5 days, it was ready in 1 day.
They have a dog named Tortilla that plays the shop greeter. A friendly/ gentle pup is the icing on the cake of what a bike shop should be!

“This place is an absolute gem for mountain education and gear! We took an AIARE 1 avalanche course with the team here and it was truly top tier. The learning environment was fun, engaging, and supportive and the field days translated perfectly from the classroom instruction. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about backcountry safety and getting people outside confidently. The gear rentals are also excellent and the service is wonderful. We cannot recommend this place enough!”
